I don't think the fr10 has Bluetooth...
I have gotten a USB adapter for my phone and used this app (android) to upload my old FR610.

Carlo provided great support when I needed it like setting up a new phone.
At the time my phone was micro USB so I used an adapter similar to this.

Just FYI, the 910xt can also upload via an android app. I use this one with good results. Definitely easier than dragging a laptop around.
I use a computer to sync my Edge 800, so I haven't tried the "Uploader for Garmin" app. The DC Rainmaker post is old, but the app has recent reviews.

> If you happen to have an Edge 705/800/810 and also happen to just download the workouts to a MicroSD card ($10), then you can simply plop the MicroSD card into your Android tablet (many have MicroSD card slots) and shortcut about 95% of the above USB messiness:

> The Uploader is free to try: you can read all activities, but explore only one (from your first upload session). That way, you can test communication with the Garmin and publishing to all the supported websites.
Yes, I have used with with USB OTG on my Garmin 305 and via ANT with my 310 xt.
You just run like normal with your Garmin
Then you connect it to your phone whenever you want to upload the file.
Once the activity is saved on your phone, you can then upload it to Garmin Connect, Training Peaks, Endomondo, SportTracks, RunningAHEAD, Runtastic, and Strava. You can also save the file as a FIT, TCX, or GPX and email it to running apps that support uploading via e-mail.
App link here: Uploader for Garmin. The paid version is necessary but the free version lets you test it.
Edit: I think I may be talking about a different scenario.
If you have an android phone check out Garmin Uploader. It depends on what you have for a garmin watch on the steps or cables needed. I have a FR305 and it requires a special cable.
I'm able to do this through https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.carlopescio.uploader&hl=en
I've moved on from a phone that has ANT+ built in, but there are ways
