And there are dozens of 'retro camera' apps.
None of them are quite to this level of aging photos, but some are close.
Back in the day when I had iOS, I was obsessed with this app. They were incredibly smug about never wanting to release the app for Android. They really did blow it. The only app I've used that's come close to that experience is Vignette
Way back when I was on iOS, I was a Hipstamatic fan. I was never able to find anything on Android to take its place... Until I found Vignette.
For the past year I have been using this app almost as much as the stock camera. It's crazy customizable, but even the app's "stock" Normal filter offers really impressive results.

You have me interested in this app. I take tons of videos, but mostly I use the stock camera. Are you manipulating color to make videos look more natural?
I don't delve too for into video editing. I like messing around with the stock Pro features, and have successfully taken some astrophotography shots.
I will also occasionally use Vignette for photos. Nice control for cinematic-style images. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.neilandtheresa.NewVignette
I've purchased Cinema VF. But haven't tried it on my Note 9. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flavionet.android.cinema.pro
For videos, I like to have fun Cameringo+. Just playing around with the silly video filters with the kids. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.perracolabs.cp
I would like to hear a little more about your video adjustment.
You could do this with the Vignette app years ago. Probably still can.
