Space wolf is a pretty decent turn based game. The randomness of the card based weapon mechanics is a bit of a turn off for me. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.herocraft.spacewolf
Regicide is also a pretty enjoyable 40k/chess mix and the graphics on both games are good. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hammerfall.regicide
I'm not aware of any games that allow you to play as Eldar on mobile.
Warhammer 40.000 Space Wolf https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.herocraft.spacewolf
This is an odd bundle ...
Space Wolf seems to be "free to play/install" on the playstore and the bundle doesn't mention any extras for purchasing
The Warhammer App is also free and seems to be some sort of wiki app
Storm of Vengeance is a "Collector's Edition", which apparently means that all DLC is included (that's from the steam edition, I'm just assuming here since the humble page doesn't tell us what the CE content is) - TB made a video about the game's steam/PC version and wasn't impressed.
Horus Heresy is also F2P, but offers the "Warmaster's Edition" content which, apparently (also assuming) is also some form of DLC content ... couldn't find what exactly, maybe someone has more luck than me.
Talisman Prologue is the toned-down, singleplayer edition of the "real" talisman board game (also available on the playstore)
Also: Most of the game have IAPs, not sure to what extend
But looking at the prices of the games the bundle probalby quite a bargain.
Here are the games that I have found
Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf - 4.0 rating - Free with IAP - Search manually
Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade - 4.5 rating - Free with IAP - Search manually
Sandship: Crafting Factory - 4.4 rating - Free with IAP - Search manually
