Wifi File Explorer is my go to. I got the Pro version for free with an Amazon app of the day thing.
Superbeam is good too, though requires more set up for each transfer. Portal is nice and simple, but you can't do phone > PC (unless I'm missing something).
I get 50+ mbps out of Wifi File Explorer and Superbeam.
Yes, I did it before. Not a tutorial how this(I don't knew how that it bypass limit and exist limit). Too you can get music by web browser... There are apps that mount android folders(with mp3 files,mp4, jpg), in local network then type this ip+port in url of the vita browser... Ps: I don't know if by web browser it bypass limit, but it could to be posted in r/vita because "not use homebrew" Example app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dooblou.WiFiFileExplorer
Wifi File Explorer , I've been using the paid version for a long time so I can't say what restrictions are on the free version but it works for mme.
I personally use this, it's super simple and gets the job done, not bloated. You get 50 file transfers free, but then the paid is something like 99 cents.
I use Wifi File Explorer for it. Unlike Pushbullet and Join, it doesn't actually consume data but only uses the WiFi connection to transfer files between devices. Works wonderfully!

Perhaps somewhat unrelated, but also worth a mention: Wifi File Explorer let's you manage your phone's internal/SD/external storage over Wifi. You can modify, upload, download, rename, etc without the need of a cable or micro SD adapter. There's a pro version, I'm not sure about the difference though as I've been using the pro version since I first found out about it.
Probably thinking WIFI File Explorer, been using that myself for some time.
