I'll start.

I used Yahoo Sports(Android) for a while but am not enjoying the new UI. Yahoo always seemed reliable for live stats though, and I've always wanted to play around with the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API

I'm now trying out the score(Android) as a replacement and it seems very slick.

Yahoo Sport: Vast range of sports, great stats section.

Tennis Results: the official ATP/WTA app. It could be better, but it's the best one around - you'll need specific apps for the four slams though, because they are ITF events

Tennis Live Rankings: great app from a great website. You can follow the official rankings, day2day rankings, races, 5 weeks forecasts. Very useful

Yahoo app has it free for most games on primetime
