The only game Double Fine have on mobile for free is Middle Manager of Justice, but sadly that's not a point-and-click adventure game.
Other than that, there are a couple of games out there with demo versions for free where you can play one level/section of the game (For example: Yesterday).
If you're paying for a game, I'd definitely recommend The Cave. Also, Grim Fandango is out on mobile and it's my favourite game of all time but I haven't played through the whole thing on the mobile app yet so I can't attest to how great it works on that platform.
Or if you just want any game that's not point-and-click, I enjoy Fallout: Shelter too.
