I like the app yoga studio, their beginner/intermediate/advanced sequence has really let me watch my progress in a fun way. 6 months in and I'm advanced at strength, intermediate at balance and still beginner flexibility! It also has some sequences specific for post run stretching.

Way back in the day I used this one, but the reviews seem to imply that now you need a monthly membership or something. But I think most of them do that these days. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a YouTube channel out there that did the equivalent.
Honestly if I had a little more free time I would pay for it because I really liked it. I'm hoping that by the end of next year when things settle down I can get back into ot. It was like active meditation, which I found easier to do than conventional breathing exercises.
Looks like it's called Yoga Studio. I found it for Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gaiam.yogastudio
