Both, plus any others you can find if you get hung up on a particular trick. Having a trick demonstrated and explained by different people, with different camera angles, can help immensely as there's often some insight each will have that cumulatively will give you a broader view of how to do a given trick. If you have an Android device, you might check out YoyoTuts, which indexes and aggregates yoyo tutorials from a dozen sources and has a global search.
Anyway, personally, as much as I like Adam and the others at YYT, they often break down tricks to such small, discrete components that the overall feeling and "how to make it really look good" gets lost. Case in point, a month or two after learning Cold Fusion, I re-watched Andre's tutorial, and was blown away by how smooth he made it look. I realized I needed to practice it a lot more due to the somewhat pedantic way it was explained by Adam.
To that point, here are links to both Cold Fusion tutorials: Yoyotricks, Yoyoexpert. In the former, the second underpass is somewhat de-emphasized which in my opinion detracts from the overall effect.
Of course, I mean no disrespect to Adam or anyone at YYT, they're fantastic teachers, it's just a mild criticism I have.
