A favorite from the book is Caldo de Papa (Potato and Short Rib Soup). You can see a list of all the recipes here and what you cook them in to see if you might like it

I like the soup containers you get from takeout places. They're dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe. They all have the same lid regardless of size, which is cool. It also works for food you keep in the fridge or pantry.

Some notes: I use regular all purpose flour, it always turns out. Also use active dry yeast, not a problem. I have a pizza steel in the oven which gives perfect leoparding (it's basically a pizza stone but better and won't crack. Here's the one I have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LBKWSKS/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
Let me know how it goes for you if you end up trying it! :D
