I actually just saw a tiktok about this aloe Vera cleansing foam that seems like it’s a great option for days you just need a little refresh or just simply can’t shower for whatever reason. I’m on both ends of this struggle spectrum where sometimes I’ll go more days than I care to admit between showers, but when I have work I usually shower twice in the day (before and after work).

Yeah I’m the same way so unless i’m prepping for a big event and want to be picture perfect, I usually use this cream that is mean for beards https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079PZ7S22/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_BR84VN64QSNB9X68PX6W?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I will apply it all over my legs and nether regions (just be careful not to get it on the inside) and then just stand with my legs spread and leaning over my sink for 10 mins while I watch tik toks or something. Then i get in the shower and bring a washcloth and use it to wipe literally all of the hair away. If I do have something spicy coming up, I sometimes go in after with a razor to clean up whatever the cream missed and I’m usually baby smooth. Be sure to exfoliate as well to prevent ingrowns. There is a little bit of scent to the cream as well so i usually just exfoliate with a loofah with some scented body wash afterwards so I smell like an angel and of course moisturize once i’m out of the shower.

I got mine a few years ago at Target. The blade heads can get spendy, which is why I leave most of the heavy lifting to the ceramic clippers, but they do last a good while.
I highly recommend the original Thunderstick. It’s a plug in wand massager but instead of the on/off, high/low settings that most wands have, this has a wheel. It starts at a lower vibration and goes up to a higher vibration than most other wands as well. They have a newer 2.0 version, but it’s not the right “frequency” or deep vibration like the original one. I have gone through several of these over the years because of all my many toys, it’s always my go-to.

First of all, even dermatologists say you don't need to shower every single day, so jot that down. Some will recommend even less often if you have certain skin conditions.
Two, flossing is more important than brushing, so start there if you only have a minute. Try to floss every time you eat; I keep floss picks with me to make this easy. I also keep these Whisp thingies stashed everywhere so if I realize my breath stinks I can fix it. Pro tip: driving to your destination is a great time for flossing and using a Whisp.
Wash clothes after 24 total hours of wear, maximum. (Three 8-hour work days, for example.) Less if you're physically active during the wear time.
Deodorant every day, but like, whenever. Some even work better if you do them before bed.
Shaving is optional.
Bottom line, make hygiene accessible, instead of doing it the "right" way or not at all. Anything is better than nothing.
But really, when was the last time you were like, omg, that person really smells? Probably far less often than you've been around a person who didn't happen to shower that day. I mean this in the kindest way: no one cares. No one pays attention that much. Don't worry too much about it.
Sincerely, a mostly functional adult with ADHD, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic depression
I shed an insane amount of hair and have always struggled with the embedded drains. I finally found this strainer and it’s been perfect! It’s weighted to help it stay in place and not go flying when the tub water is turned on and blasts out and it’s a big dome so it can fit over whatever drain is currently there. The other thing with the dome shape is the hair simply wraps around the bottom of it and the water can continue to drain. I toss the hair after each shower so my drain never gets clogged.

Get this one specifically. It’s a suction vibrator and you’ll be orgasming in no time. It’s also less than fifty bucks, which is great for a vibrator that sends you to the moon. :)
Wow so many trimmers out there - lol - I thought I was the only one. I use this trimmer made for women. I've used it for a few years now, I use it on my pubic hair and my armpit hair, I don't shave anymore. I probably use it once a month so it's pretty low maintenance.
I put random shit in my Amazon cart and leave it there for this reason haha. I’ll forget about stuff, but when I go back to Amazon for something, I’ll see it and it’ll remind me.
Put some in your Amazon cart! Here’s a small bottle to add to your cart. Price went up a bit, but still worth it!
I use the cream when I want to get absolutely everything front to back! I would suggest testing it though because it really, really burns. But at least on me it's not permanent. It's on Amazon here
