I'd try resetting your advertising ID: http://osxdaily.com/2013/02/01/reset-advertising-identifier-ios/ worst case it might at least help you see the crashing ads less often if it is the specific ad that's the problem
~~seems to be for apple devices only~~

Uh I don't know what the scam is here but this is not remotely true. The only partially true part is that Kim is indeed the original creator.
Flero Games is making the Nintendo Switch version. They do not own anything. They're not a satanic megacorp or anything and they're basically not responsible for anything at all other than an unreleased port we know nothing about.
Cheetah Mobile is indeed the nasty publisher who bought them up and resulted in pearls being added. This was covered extensively on this sub. You can plainly see CM is the publisher on the app store entry: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.idleif.abyssrium&hl=en_US
The game was released publicly and globally by Idle Idea Factory and was free of Cheetah Mobile for many months. CM had nothing to do with localization.
From the event megathread: "Some people have reported there is no reaction when they click ads and that clicking a "dead" ad makes it so you can't click anything else on the screen. If this happens, try soft quitting the game (hit the home button or open the task manager). If that doesnt work, you can try restarting the game completely. If all else fails, resetting your advertising ID (link here for Android or here for iOS) might work."
That's the original developer, the iOS app store may show it. But yes, this is the same app, the link in my guide to the android version goes right here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flerogames.aos.abyssworld&hl=en_US&gl=US
Nox doesn't have viruses...you must have used a fishy site or got them from somewhere else and misequated the two. Only download it from https://www.bignox.com/ . It's an emulator so anything inside can't even affect your PC, trust me I've been using Nox for over a year. It's not a "virus."
Shows up for me. This usually means the game isn't available for your device or region, it'll just not show up in the store when you look through the app itself. Of course the game isn't even out yet so that may change.
Here's the direct link. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flerogames.aos.abyssworld&hl=en_US

^ I tried this on my android and it still didn't work, but if anyone has the same problem and has an android, maybe it'll work?
In the meantime, u/AzureMarlin made a complete species guide here with fun facts about all the saltwater fish (prior to the most recent fusion update): https://www.docdroid.net/Ia1tVOo/abyssrium-species-guide.pdf
just found a stress free tap game. you should try it out if you have the time. it's in japanese but you'll figure out the gameplay easily. The important thing is, the skills are available even if you're offline.
