I took CECS 130 nine years ago, probably one of the smarter decisions of my time at Speed School. You'll want Kernigan and Ritchie's The C Programming Language, which at the current time of Googling, the third result is a downloadable ebook that'll save you about 50 bucks. It'll prep you for PHP as well which is still an in-demand web language because so much of PHP is rooted in C and C++.
It's on page 73.
Anyway it is sort of common knowledge in the hockey community in Louisville that there are several factors against bringing in a minor league team. The first is how terribly the Panthers were managed. They were literally leaving hotels in the middle of the night to avoid paying for rooms, writing bad checks across the city, making undeliverable promises to sponsors, and really soured the Louisville business community on hockey. The second is Rick Pitino who had legitimately bad experiences with the ice interfering with games and does not want to share an arena again.
The Yum! Center does have cooling pipes under the cement so it is hockey ready should that day ever come though.
When the Panthers were at Freedom Hall there were problems with the insulation between the ice and the basketball court. This led to condensation on the court and once even some light fog. Pitino really didn't like sharing the place with a hockey team and was very vocal about the problems of the setup.
That's an installation issue that hasn't occurred at other arenas but he's unlikely to want to go through that again.
Here's an article from the Cardinal talking about one incident and this article is from the Crum era that shows Freedom Hall's insulation problems as well.
Well, I scoured the internet for a bit again. The best I could find was a youth-sized one. Do you know who the manufacturer is?
I bet you could get one made at a Lids

I had actually found all three of those, and even a wall decal, but the regular walking bird, not football or basketball, seems impossible to find.
