Iron remover is usually a spray, you spray it on metal and paint and it turns purple when it's doing its magic on something; I used MaFra Iron Remover, this one. It's an EU brand but you can find something equivalent wherever you are.
Same for the clay, my links are from Amazon Italy but you can find it almost anywhere, it's a pretty common car detaling tool.
All this plus a biiiig shipment of elbow grease could work but IMO it's not worth it, if the exhaust sits very close to the ground it will get dirty every single time you use the bike. If you care about long term protection you should probably tape the specific section that tends to get more dirty.

Whatever you use, make sure it’s JASO MA2 compliant.

I went with the Hikari Ultra LEDs from Amazon. Has a fan built into the back of the bulb so it’s too long to fit the stock bulb cover over it—I’m currently modifying mine so they fit for my 2015. They are super bright and the beam pattern, since we have projector lenses, retain the sharp cutoff line.
