Try the T- flight hotas from Thrustmaster, MUCH more cheaper than http://www.amazon.com/HORI-PlayStation-3-Flight-Stick/dp/B006IOAJHG and they seem more supported too. Plus there's 2 ways to control the rudder. On the downside, its not great for small hands.
