There is some jumping in Max Insanity, but not horrible... I've managed it wearing a toe/foot brace due to a janky toe. If you have a step, maybe give T20 a try? It is all step work and fast! T25 is also easier than Insanity in regards to time and joints. Core De Force is fast-paced and not so much jumping.
As for weights, I'm at week 5 of Lift4 and really like it! I'd never done a strictly weights program before, so it is a nice change of pace. It is chest/triceps on day one, biceps on day two, shoulders on day three and legs on day four.
Another program you might consider is the Barre one. It was surprisingly challenging and worked tushy muscles I didn't know I had! 🙂
As for your knees... if you don't have some already, get some compression knee sleeves! I wear some when running and doing Insanity and it really helps with my knee pain.

Amazon has a bunch! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WH47P31/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_deGhFbA3GMCJ1
I got mine with the Shaun T step workout bundle, but do not see much difference (other than colors) from this one off Amazon.
I bought these on Amazon and love them: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C6BRB4B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XnQ.Eb3MPJN3X
I don’t have a pull up bar and feel like the modified exercises for those moves aren’t anywhere near as effective as if I had one, hr still good exercise!
Yes it is live and yes you can go back and watch them as recorded. They have a list of all previously live rides and workouts to watch.
If you have a MYX bike and ride and feel that the stats they keep are lacking, I made an Android app to track my ride stats... Especially as a 2nd profile on the bike. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smcohen.cyclelog
The Beachbody system and BODi is great my whole family uses it.
Someone shared this on another forum:https://airtable.com/shrCApiBkaRj96F2D/tblYUQZ5tiHHku1dI
Also, if you go to her site, she has calendars for her workouts or you could just start a playlist at day one and proceed through her programs.
Not sure the price range you're looking for, but I've been using the fabric bands from Arena Strength on Amazon.
I have these, but I'm sure any will do. They are so much better than the rubber band style. Worth the investment.

The cord is shorter than in the MBF videos, which I like because they don’t fly up and hit me when still holding the cords
They are like this:

I don’t have a preferred brand, just this style. I’ve seen them at TJMaxx and Marshall’s too.
They’re discs, plastic on one side and fabric (felt I think) on the other. “Strength slides” is Beachbody’s term, but generically they may be called “gliding discs”, “core sliders”, or some other combination of terms.
As you can see from the comments, they’re hit and miss; they require the right surface to move on. I exercise on a thick rubber mat atop a plushy rug, and neither is conducive to sliding. I believe the felt side is meant to slide on hardwood or tile and the plastic side slides on basic carpeting.
Yes, my 2" mat is one of the folding mats. I bought this one.
The puzzle mats work as gym flooring. I've never had them come apart, but some people use shipping tape to keep them together.
I have those puzzle mats as gym flooring over the whole area. I only bring out the folding mat when I'm working out. When I'm done, then it gets folded up and put into the corner.
This works. It gives you (2) door kits. I have the one from beachbody and bought the lifeline for another door. I gave the other half of the train to a friend.
I paid $30 from Walmart.com but the price increased. My sister also bought a kit from Walmart. Someone opened it took one anchor set out and returned it. The manufacturer sent what was missing.

It arrives today so can’t tell you how good it is!
Buy a quality protein powder. I use https://www.amazon.com/OPTIMUM-NUTRITION-STANDARD-Naturally-Flavored/dp/B00QQA0H3S. It's $57 for 5 pounds, but that gets you 68 servings. You use a little less than a serving and make it stretch if you really wanted to. You can find cheaper powders, but this one works for me
Buy frozen fruit and frozen spinach. Or cut up and freeze your own.
Protein powder + fruit + greens + water/almond milk and you have yourself a great recovery protein shake.
Dump the energize completely and see how you feel after a couple of weeks. You could always save what you have for before 5Ks, or if you really need it one day. I add flax seed and chia seeds to my shake as well.
I definitely dont get enough either. I use Dymatize if you need another recommendation for protein powder. Its good quality and reasonable (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00IVQ1NF6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_2kbYFb8NQ8Q3C?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1).
I mix it in with my coffee since I workout in the morning before work.

Here you go, the little ball thing goes into a door frame problem solved
You can do without the pull-up bar but the slides and loops are not really an option. You can find both for pretty cheap on Amazon.
Here are are couple of MANY options:

I mean something like this. When I do weight squats or deadlifts on leg day, my lower back tends to be sorer afterward. Thanks for suggesting a big belly of air! Seems like that will help alot.
Here you go. I still have to modify any hiit jump moves. Def can't do those burpee jump knee tucks that are so popular, I get knee pain just watching those.
This is why Insanity Max 30 was not effective for me, it's basically all jumping and the modifier they offer didn't really get the same burn.
I'm glad reading this thread that I'm not alone with knee issues.
I got these off Amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07FNNBZJ2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
They're okay, they're weighted but they are still pretty cheaply made! That said they get the job done and work well for me. I'm curious to see how the Beachbody ropes compare (if they ever arrive lol).
I have these and they worked great for two rounds of 80DO! Used them on tile and carpet.
