The info on the bottom says ©MirrorPix and I got it from a German poster shop on Amazon. I know that Ricky Powell was on that tour as the photographer so you can probably assume it was his work as it's posed for and everything. A cursory Google search can't seem to confirm it though.

I picked mine up maybe ten years ago? I see it with fair regularity at my local shops.

I used to have the same poster set (I wish I still had it). I used borderless clip frames. They are cheap on Amazon and you can get 4 of them for $65 (https://www.amazon.com/Quadro-Clip-Frame-24x36-Borderless/dp/B077GLFZ5T). They looked really great when framed and hung on the wall.

This book covers a small window in time, but it is a very comprehensive accounting of how that album was made.
