Adam, to my knowledge, has a software which edits them quickly, but I have no idea what that software is. However, if you want to experiment with making your own “every other beat is missing” edit, there’s a Microsoft developer who made this post last year on the topic.
(BTW, the Infinite Jukebox no longer supports uploading songs, but there’s an alternative site called The Eternal Jukebox, which is practically the same thing, that allows song uploading.)
