You can spend 10x this, but the Wowtac is very well respected.
You can just stuff the tent itself into your saddle bag. No need to keep it in its sack. Assuming you have your sleeping bag in the same pack you may want to think about a plastic bag or something to keep them separate in the event you need to pack up a wet tent. Packing the poles is the interesting part.
If you want to spend some money check out the Big Agnes bikepacking tents. They specifically have shorter poles the should fit in your frame bag. Otherwise any light/ultralight tent will basically work as long as you can stow the poles somewhere.
