Binauraul frequencies can induce an alertness that helps focusing, BUT is probably not the most fittind sound to decrease anxiety.
For me they feel like pulling an emotional muscle and never releasing it. The background to relax/concentrate I need is non-threatening environment my ears can enjoy so they are not bored while I think. Natural sounds are very calming and almost invisible in that way.

I was exposed to a loud street for years and found sound generators of waves very effective to drown cars out and concentrate . Now I am living much quieter and "enhance" my environment with bird calls, light rain and/or music. When I need to drown talking or other noise out, I use noise cancelling headphones with music.

The variety of sound generators I use stems from using this great site of a sound engineer building up unique soundscapes and generators. https://mynoise.net/
iq is a bit meaningless..
Try improving the skills that you will need in your life.
It's also a good idea to improve on skills that are transferrable.
For example, if you are good at maths, you are likely to be able to be good at physics.
Maybe a bad example, but I think everyone gets the point.
Just my thoughts.
I also think IQ tests aren't general enough to assess intelligence.
Maybe they should be renamed to PRQ tests for pattern recognition or something...
Anyways, just my thoughts.
To answer the question: I think yes, it's possible.
Practicing iq tests should do, you are going to train yourself on whatever skills the tests require. I think they have similar questions.
