I've been vegan for 5 years and it's extremely easy to get protein from plants. The idea that you need to carefully plan and match foods is a myth. Here is what the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics has to say about it if you don't believe me:
>Vegetarian, including vegan, diets typically meet or exceed recommended protein intakes, when caloric intakes are adequate. The terms complete and incomplete are misleading in relation to plant protein. Protein from a variety of plant foods, eaten during the course of a day, supplies enough of all indispensable (essential) amino acids when caloric requirements are met.
Also, products like whole grains, beans/legumes, nuts/seeds, and even some meat substitutes like seitan and textured vegetable protein are generally cheaper than meat. I track my spending very closely and my average grocery bill went down after I stopped eating meat. You are repeating a bunch of myths and misconceptions about something you've never tried yourself. It's ironic you would call someone ignorant when they actually have personal experience on the matter that you don't.
Then again, in my country we call this a scooter
What about a fish bat?
It’s actually one of these Fryer Clean Out Rod - 29" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MWG9T20/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_N1BWQRS83531J3MV1JK5 used to clear clogs in the fryer while you’re cleaning it basically just a solid steel metal rod. That was probably extremely painful for them.
