This is very similar and near same cost. Id go with this over what you posted. But honestly you dont need either, just hand stir in a 5gal bucket and pour it thru the bags. less to clean and a more controlled agitation. washing machines are cool but you can get much better seperation (Yeild) and quality from hand stir in my experience.
I don't remember the exact model, but something like this.
I use one very similar to this one:
I've used this one for several washes and it's just the right thing for the job. Also, since it's not branded as a bubble hash washing machine, there's no absurd mark-up on the price. I would buy this one again if I needed to.
MUJI 100% cotton pads. 10 bucks CAD. Looks like Amazon has it now. https://www.amazon.com/Makeup-Facial-Cotton-Unbleached-180pcs-%EF%BD%98/dp/B01C29YFS4/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=Muji+Cotton&qid=1666122336&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIyLjk3IiwicXNhIjoiMi42MyIsInFzcCI6IjIuNDIifQ%3D%3D&sr=8-2
I’ve maybe used 10 pads over 1 year with daily bubble microdosing. 350 to go lol
Thanks everyone,im still unsure about hand washing it seem more tricky to get the twist .i think it will be more consistent with the machine. I was thinking of getting the costaway as suggested(im not 100% sure if this was the one i got recommended) Im still unsure on wich bubble bag to get tho I see some kits at 50$ like some at 400$

Don’t forget to also get rid of the white thing in the middle, it’s plug and play type of shit
You're right, it's just a basic "ultrasonic washing machine agitator" that I found on amazon, there's all sorts that are basically the same. This is the specific one I ordered but I don't know if it matters.
After testing it this morning it's far from ideal; when attached to the bottom it had problems moving the ice when full, when it did start moving (with help from a wooden spoon) it pulled the cord into the vortex. So I changed back to my original idea of having it mounted on the lid at the top, added more water (ice had also melted) and it chugged along merrily set up that way. A couple things I'll test today are setting the fins vertically instead of horizontally and test how it works on the bottom and top (just ice and water to figure out if I can make it work better) as well as playing with water to ice ratio's to figure out a good balance. Although I'm tempted to go buy styrofoam so I can use less ice overall while keeping the temps cool and also be able to run it during the day instead of waking up at 4am when it was cool. With ambient temps around 16-19C the initial temp in the tub (after sitting for 30 mins to let the ice melt/material hydrate) was between 3-4C, by the end it had raised to 5C. That was 2 full bags of ice over roughly 2 hours.
I'm canadian.
I use a silicone free parchment for painting on my wet palette, I need water to soak through to keep my paints wet and silicone stops that bleed. I found this through the help of the painting community and I think if you're looking for silicone free parchment you could try this.
I'd be worried that dabbing any tiny bits of teflon would be way worse than dabbing tiny bits of silicone. But I'll look into it, thanks!
Is the plastic film cellulose maybe? I remember buying some shatter on clear plastic-looking material years ago and I thought it was much better than parchment paper. Would be interested in trying that too, if it's safe to press with.
I was looking at this based on other comments on the subreddit but I'd rather spend less and have a smaller amount up front if possible. This is a home grow, I won't be using 1,000 pizza-sized parchment sheets any time soon lol
Is this the set you are referring to? I’m thinking about purchasing this one and than going to a silkscreen store and purchasing a 177 mesh 20X24 screen to add into it as that’s 88 micron which would be the closet thing to 90 micron which is where the best hash is at.
I was having similar, although not as bad issues. I saw someone using some strainers and it looked too easy compared to what we have been going through. I ordered some but haven't had a chance to test them out. I ordered these Mesh Strainer fyi.
There's a few factors when it comes to ice and what i look for
If you plan to make the cubes from trays These Trays are what i have but i also have a water and ice store 1/2 mile from my house that has RO cubes for $2 for 20lbs and they have their water tested monthly for PPM/PH and Mold/Mildew so its a trust worthy source, if i didnt have a trusted source id be making cubes from my RO water supply.
Biggest key is to start with as cold of water as possible and use as little ice in the wash as possible. I prechill my water down to 32-34f before it goes to my vessel then use the bare minimum amount of ice to sustain that temp thru the wash process
I ordered a 5gal 220 bag last night with a zip to work with.

The bag set i had was this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01EJLOKS8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

1gal = tiny, barely useable imo
Yep this is the first problem I seen too... You're also gonna have to pass through the heaters wiring into the chamber while staying pefectly air sealed, which is harder than it sounds. Those shelves also look like they'd be sketchy with wet hash...
I think if I were building this I'd leave the shelves out entirely, but a good heat mat to use underneath the chamber so you don't have to drill any holes for wiring. Then you'd basically have a vacuum chamber that you could try freezing with dry ice and heating only the bottom where your single layer of hash would be sitting for sublimating.
honestly my local hydro store had a sale years back. I dont think the brand matters too much, cuz Ive seen the one I use with a bunch of branding on it. Im not sure this is a good deal these days, but this is exactly what I use. Frenchy canolli has a good video on youtube going through how he runs the machine. I normally just do a 3 min pass for the good stuff. Then 15-20 far the rest. Best of luck! https://www.amazon.com/BUBBLEBAGDUDE-Bubble-Bag-Machine-Extractor/dp/B00MUYS9PM/ref=sr_1_2?crid=D3Z18IJ3W9OW&keywords=bubble+washer&qid=1646948375&sprefix=bubble+washe%2Caps%2C244&sr=8-2
Stainless steel screens inside a bowl and light with hemp wick, just add enough heat to keep it bubbling you dont really want it igniting. 200 Pack of Screens
You can also just top bowls of flower with it as well if you dont wanna get screens but its really nice smoking the hash on its own.
Even the best hash will leave some level residue behind when smoked and thats the problem with pens is that over time that residue will build up and ruin the pen, but even then majority of hash isnt melty enough to put into a pen so its best to avoid it altogether unless you know you have some super fire hash.
The Costway is the one, its the same as the bubble magic and others name brands. Requires slight modification to the drain tube to stright tube for smoother draining and remove the inside ribs but other than that this is the one and its currently on sale

20 gal bubble dude bags (all mesh) for ~$180
Seems like meh quality tho could probably do better with the rosin ev bags

Finally found one for under $100 CAD. Probably have to wait a few months to get it with the shipping container crisis but that's not a bad deal at all.
Is yours one of the USB powered turbines?
You can go low-tech and wrap it up with towels/blankets/whatever you have laying around.
Search amazon for "insulation roll" for the foily stuff in different thicknesses. Avoid fiberglass or things sprayed with chemicals. Like this. Don't forget the duct tape. You can also search for "self adhesive insulation roll" for the more expensive shit.
I would normally suggest the growsun bubblebags but these ones look exactly the same. The full mesh is where it’s at. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R6CL4KG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_8QKK390C7BF5V09TCWVV

You can do any amount that works w/ the machine, there's no amount too small. Though it's some work, so it should be worth it. Here's the one I use: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B089DMYHQW/
If you haven't, watch Frenchy Cannoli's (RIP) videos, you should He will help you w/ the details.
i dont recommend it but some people use paint stir attachments and go that route, ive seen decent stuff come from that but it beats the material up really bad and gives a plant taste to the hash in my experience. I use stainless steel paddles in 10 gal Rubbermaid brute trashcans. I wash 4-6 times depending on what keeps coming out. 3-5Min First Wash, 5-7 Min 2nd Wash, 7-10Min 3rd wash, 10min wash every time after. Dont stir super hard till you are doing your final wash. I do this for yield and quality control, it might sound like more work cuz it is but its worth it.
I have this brand paddles in 36" length but you can really use anything to stir it
Amazon, they costed about 6-8$ for 50 containers.
I stopped getting them as it was a bit wasteful and not necessary for me.
Here's one for example, 7$ for 50 jars.

Sort of, if you just search for "parm grater" on amazon you'll find all sorts of different things, many of which aren't the right thing.
If you select anything other than "fine" then you won't be using the right one. Also, other graters have raised inlets which completely tear up the hash and turn your patties to gunk without getting much through. The shape of those hols matters, big time.
So is this not the original bags? What does $300 get you?
Heres a 15 gallon with 14.5" diameter you can cut the top off. Pricey tho.
It’s honestly a game changer. You can buy them on amazon for reasonably cheaper

Yes it is. I have the bubble now which I got second hand but I also purchased one of these Bubble Made Easy Machine 6gal Machine https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00NLWBWEM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_eiprf3HIfaTQ9 To help speed up my washes and I notice very little difference in quality. Would recommend both but I believe the bubble now has slightly better build quality.
there you go.
I don't want that much pressure, what's been happening is i have been seperating the liquid to be strained through the purple bag into 3-4 gallon amounts, and put it through 5 gallon purple bags into a 5gal bucket, and then siphoning it out by mouth from a ball valve i fitted to the bucket. It makes it MUCH faster, but it's only viable for smaller amounts.
the scale is too big this year for that to be viable
