Hey I'm doing exodus 90 solo as well, which makes it a tad odd. It sounds like you were hitting a break through point, which is awesome, I'm encouraging you to keep going, or try coming back to it when work and school calm down a bit. Those feelings are scary but you can work through them. There's a practice called Mindfulness meditation and an idea called "Stepping into anxiety" that might help you address and manage those feelings.
