Very true, I did some research and I found a few Cornbread Extract flavors on Amazon... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074ML92RX/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_PWneEb5YAQWWB
I just looked at a similar product today and was debating if I really needed that item.
Dash DMS001WH Mini Maker Electric Round Griddle for Individual Pancakes, Cookies, Eggs & other on the go Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks with Indicator Light + Included Recipe Book - White https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B010XQZIBQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ImLgFbBDD1YJ7
No idea but when I just went to my old Amazon order and tried to buy it again it said that item is no longer available. Mine is red. It did let me add a silver Dash one to my cart, but maybe they just haven't deactivated that listing yet. The pick Dash says available September 4. There is also this little waffle maker from another manufacturer.
I just recently got this Chaffle cook book, and it says the following:
Egg-free Chaffles
"Swap the egg for 1 tablespoon (7 g / 0.3 oz) flax meal OR ground chia seeds, PLUS 3 tablespoons (45 ml) water. The texture will be crisper and less fluffy than chaffles made with eggs."
You could also try Egg White Chaffles
"Egg whites are ideal for creating a completely plain flavor with no eggy taste and a crispier result. To do that, swap the egg for 1 jumbo egg white OR 2 small egg whites to get a similar volume, or simply use 1 large egg white (slightly less volume)."
The wife saw them too. These are 4.5 inches, straight walled, and might work.
I was browsing amazon and saw something that caught my eye. It makes bowls. I bought the mini long ago at TJMaxx. And used it a lot for normal carby waffles. It was $7.99. I kept it in the box so I can keep on a shelf without cord dangling etc. I’m new tho to chaffle making. I think also I’ve seen other shapes or seasonal designs also.
Here’s the bowl maker Comes in sickly green and ghastly pink also. Thinking .... keto ice cream sundaes, keto chili bowls, things like that.
Prepping done for the week. At least I hope...LOL.

It's good for making actual waffle style chaffles - I use it for sweet ones that I'm going to eat with a fork with sf syrup and stuff. It's not as good for making chaffles to basically use as sandwich bread or burger buns. The mini is just a better size for that and seems to make them crispier.
That said, I'm fairly new at this myself, so I could be doing something wrong or just not letting them cook long enough in the larger waffle maker.
