I got my stuff from Amazon! These are the resistance bands I have: resistance bands And these are the sets I’ve been buying, they’re actually really good quality: workout set
I don’t wear the bra’s to workout since they don’t have a ton of support. I buy under armour sports bras instead but these are cute if you’re just doing errands or something.
The pictures are kinda sus lol but they’re good I promise. Also got my yoga mat from Amazon.
Yeah just tennis and walking. I usually do Chloe ting in the afternoon around 12pm and then tennis at 5 for about 1.5hrs that’s burns almost 1000 calories! You can definitely get slimmer thighs by using resistance bands. I got these Walito Resistance Bands for Legs and Butt - Exercise Bands Set Booty Hip Bands Wide Workout Bands Sports Fitness Bands Resistance Loops Band Anti Slip Elastic https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H7QT6BN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_B0SN75YPKH6KB3TW0CCH and I switch between blue and pink.
I love this one. I went through several in this price range and as someone who sweats a lot anyway, I found myself constantly slipping on other mats. This one is amazingly grippy. I believe it’s a dupe for a Liforme, which is a $150 mat.
I haven’t bought any yet, but I did research on the ones on Amazon and I have these ones on my wishlist. They have really good reviews!

If your goal is to lose weight, I'd recommend doing one of the shred challenges (which includes some ab videos as well so you'll tone a bit at the same time), whereas the hourglass challenge will help shape the booty a bit more. Since you have 7 weeks, I would maybe start with the 2 week shred and go from there.
Personally, I found that joining the official Discord ( https://discord.com/invite/f7NY5VK ) helped me. There's different channels for the challenges so you'll find tons of people doing whichever routine you've chosen. Seeing the results / transformation pictures that people post was a huge motivation for me to stick with it. :D
I tried C4 but I felt like I built a tolerance to it rather quickly and therefore wasn't getting energized for the workout like I should with pre-workout. I prefer gold standard. I have been using it for a couple months now and still get hyped for workouts to maximize the gains 💪🏽🏋🏽♀️
I also experience alot of knee pain, especially during the 2020 summer shred. Like the other commenter, I also recommend maintaining good posture and also good pair of workout shoes and make sure the ground has enough support.
For example I used to experience bad knee pain but I was working out only on my yoga mat on a concrete floor, without shoes on. After I put my yoga mat on top of my workout mat, and wore shoes with good soles, I felt the knee pain significantly less. It also helps to massage the knees. Heres a couple references:
I had to change up the schedule because I just couldn't do four days in a row with one day off. I now do two days on, one day off, repeat. I find this to be far more manageable and it helps cut down on the pain/exhaustion. I also substitute exercises I like for ones I can't do, especially the forward lunges and up and down planks. It's far more important to listen to your body than it is to try and keep up with Chloe. You feeling sick and needing to take longer breaks/do a different excercise is not a failure on your part, Chloe just does this for a living.
For your wrists, I recommend looking into workout gloves with wrist support. When I first started I was constantly pinching a nerve in my right wrist because I have weak arms, but after adding a wrist support, that no longer happens. I use these ones, but there's a variety of different ones available.
I use the wallito bands. They look like the Chloe Ting ones and they’re under 20$. You get three different ones and a bag. They don’t slip or slide! Fabric and amazing! I got great results from using them!! I just got this one as a Christmas gift. It’s much more like a fitness mat in the shape of a yoga mat, and it’s not non slip. However this has saved my wrists and the soles of my feet/palms of my hands. The main reason I prefer this is doing certain an exercises (like roll ups) was hurting my spine so much having it rub against the thin mat.
I bought this after having destroyed 2 rubber ones: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B079BK15PT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's amazing, no more hoovering after every use!!
I just got some peach bands. I got them because they were pretty and got good reviews.
Amazon has many like this that are much cheaper!
And if you're looking for them elsewhere, these kinds of resistance bands are often referred to as hip circles :)
