No problem. I have my own domain, say, my.domain.net. I have always on VPN set up on my phone using Wireguard, so it connects when Im away from home and my phone connects to the server via the local IP address and port 32400, and via the Plex app and Plexamp I have access to all of my libraries. Prologue can also see the relevant library, just as if I was on my home wifi. If I disable the VPN, then I can't access Plex.
So it's just like being at home, but for some reason Chronicle and Bookcamp want to connect out via Plex.tv to use it as a bridge, when they shouldn't have to.
You might want to take a look at Symfonic. It's currently in free Beta and is expected to cost about $4 USD when it goes final. It works with Plex, Emby, and Jellyfin.

I use Sirin. Not really a fan of Smart ABP. But yeah, I went back to my previous method of using Emby Server to locally sync audiobooks to my phone and using Sirin to play them.
If you use Emby to host your audiobooks, you don't need to manually copy or sideload them. Although, admittedly, using Emby itself to play the audiobooks it hosts leaves much to be desired.
The Listen Audiobook Player has a function where you can individually determine how and when the sleep timer starts. I used it before Chronicle ... It already has some good features that the Chronicle currently lacks ;-)
But I really don't need the function. Currently there are more important things ;-)
