There’s a Canadian company called TunnelBear. I wouldn’t trust them for holistic sensitive information, however if you are simply logging into a Canadian site making an order, they have a free 250 or 500 MB per day that you can use. Which is perfectly sufficient for browsing Costco and placing an order. A VPN allows you to „tunnel“ into other locations.

I got one of the Intex brand boats from Canadian Tire on sale for $5. It's super cheap and basically just a toy. Quality is the same as a child's swimming tube from Walmart.

The motor mount is that black protrusions on the black end of the boar. Should be 2 on top of the rail and 2 on the edge. Allow you you use an inflatable trawling motor like this. That boat isn't going to support a traditional motor as it does not have a rigid transom. Just return it if that doesn't work for you.
