Found a fix! For anyone wondering, the link the author has put up seems to have a faulty file - at least I can't get it to work. Someone else uploaded a slightly smaller version (in filesize) to Dropbox, and this one seems to be working fine.
I will tell you step by step
1: Click on Computer
2: Than click your main hard drive or SSD
3: Open up program files (x86)
4: Find Steam and open it up
5: Go down to SteamApps and open it
6: Select Common
7: Select Dark Souls 2
8: Open game
9: And finally open Gem_Settings ( a text document )
After you do that you can tinker around with the settings or you can just use mine http://www.filedropper.com/gemsettings and replace your current one
We are fix all problem and we can translate %100 - everything in DS3 game, %100 extract data1(using bindertool for .bdt, .bhd, .tpf-.dds) and all strings convert from .msgbnd to .xlsx and also repack(xlsx to msgbnd.dcx, and .tpf to tpf.dcx) with our tool. gfx Font files editable with flash decompiler.
There isn't any problem for now. maybe we can publish a tutorial video in the future. We are not sharing the tool yet, because programmers who prepare the tool, want to get bang for their buck, first of all. And then free share it, maybe...
By the way, we using to this way for game modding, all .dcx, .gfx and .tpf files in outside.
Sorry for my english.
Some exams from translation mod work;
