I also have cerebral palsy and have been a serious relationship with my boyfriend for a year. My disability plays a role but it isn’t the main focus and we love each other and communicate a lot about our physical and emotional needs.

To some it may matter, to others it won't matter at all. Just as your disability might put some off, but others won't care at all. Also, there are a multitude of ways to pleasure women that doesn't involve your dick at all. Many women can't orgasm through penetrative sex anyway, so it's not as big a deal as you think.
I recommend you check out this book, I read it when I was younger because I had confidence issues, and it works.
