Ouch, the MACA definitely won't work for that. How big is your kitchen? Could you do 2) 7.5 quart ovens? Thats what happened at one of my last family parties. Sister-in-law volunteered to make lunch, and cooked it in 2) Lodge 7.5 quart enameled dutch ovens. These are only $100-$110 on Amazon.

The advantage of 2) smaller dutch ovens means you could use one when cooking for a smaller number of people.

The first picture review for this Amazon listing actually does show that a Martha Stewart dutch oven also fits! Not sure if any others do or how well it works in general, as I don’t own it.
It looks like the kind of thing I wouldn’t bother to buy but I’d be happy to own if it was gifted to me. The reviews seem to indicate it works well, and that the actual dutch oven piece can be used as a typical dutch oven.

That's really not possible. Like others have suggested, heat baking soda and water in it. Might need a few tries, but it will work. Also Le Creuset have thier cast iron cleaner... pricy, but will work.

Lastly, don't worry, dutch oven is fine. Also head to r/castiron, that is much bigger community and there are plenty of people who have been in similar situation as you.
I found pans like that. Called something like oil drip pans. Mostly they're galvanized now though which gets smelly when heated up. I have a blue lodge and love it! agree with the others that I'm not sure how good the quality of the target one would be.
I found a white Lodge for $70 on amazon, although it is slightly larger than what she requested at 6 qt.
