idk what part of FL you're in but no one i know here turns off their AC ever lmao, i dont think ive even used the heater in years. There is a cold front coming in so hopefully it stays how it is for now! def pack a poncho just in case though, dont buy a 50 dollar hoodie like i did after A&B. this site hasnt steered me wrong yet for edc vegas, ultra and edc. just check it the week of or a few days prior. but of course FL is known to be bi polar.

I’m willing to bet that you bought a kit on Amazon or something and are using the cord that came with it? If so it’s impossible to tie because that cord is GARBAGE. I had the same exact problem when I first started. I would hold a lighter close to the knot to melt the plasticy cord knot into itself because that was the only thing that would work. But even then half the time I would try to trade the kandi to people and it would snap which was so devastating.
The solution? Buy good cord. I did some research here on Reddit and this is the cord that was recommended and it has been life changing. Super easy to work with, very elastic, never had a kandi break on me since. It’s like $8 and is 100 yards so it lasts an eternity. Hopefully I can post links in here but if not you can dm me and I’ll share it there.

Used it the last 2 years for multiple fests and security does not bat an eye
1.) No they don't allow it at the festival and it is illegal in general to smoke MMJ in public places in Florida. It's not too hard to get stuff in though you may have bad luck with the security guard you get searching you. Just get a little creative and avoid obvious hiding spots.
2.) I'm not sure about the lunchbox but definitely bring a hydration pack, the rules say it just can't have more than 2 main compartments and 1 smaller one. I'm able to fit a fair bit of stuff in the one that I bring. I haven't tried bringing in Viks but they might not allow it.
3.) I'd keep an eye on the artists you like's twitter. I see a lot of them play over at Vanguard, Gilt, and Celine after the festival.

I personally keep my phone in pockets/ hydrate bag that has a button or zipper. I've also used a "stash band" under my shorts... this year I have a steam punk style fanny pack that straps to my waist and leg, would be very difficult to access it without me knowing.

Yes. You should be. I had my phone stolen out of my Fanny pack at forbidden kingdom. Mine must’ve slid to the back while I was dancing and They literally opened the zipper without me noticing and took my phone. Bastards.

Buy a tether for your phone. This is the one I use: BLACKRAPID Smartphone Tether It comes with a tether to hook onto a belt loop, or bottom of backpack strap when you don’t have a belt loop.
