A few years ago this would of straight up being against the Kickstarter TOS I think, but now it kind of fits.

For better or worse it's been transforming from "Please help me fund my creative idea." to "Hey you, give me money." But they have a solid, realistic, set goal here and it seems likely it will be something enjoyed by many people so I've seen much, much worse on Kickstarter.

They obviously put some decent effort into it since the video and page are pretty well done, it would be nice to see them smash the goal.

I’ve gone down a bit of a rabbit hole trying to find a recipe similar to the Mike’s Smokehouse bbq sauce. The original owner was Mike McGrouary, and his obituary mentions the sauce. The obituary says that he got the recipe from Sonny Bryan’s Smokehouse.

Amazon has a pack of 3 different Sonny Bryans Smokehouse sauces. There are a whole lot of copycat recipes out there, but they’re quite different from recipe to recipe. I remember Mike’s Smokehouse sauce as being thinner than most sauces, and it had a strong vinegar taste.

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and hypothesize that it’s Silver Springs horsey mustard sauce. The horseradish processing plant is fewer than 10 miles from Ray’s.

The factory is on 29 on the way to Mondovi.
