This is an example of what we use in hospitals for patients that can’t take showers. https://www.amazon.com/Rinse-Shampoo-Nurture-Hospital-Cleansing/dp/B07BD319SY
There are many different ones available. You could use something like this and a wash clothe. You could probably search and find an eco friendly version out there.
that's no good! try scaring them away with these! Though, if you have that many balls i don't know if having any more will solve your problem. Have you tried looking into different detergents or splitting up your loads differently?
This is a horrible idea IMHO. Aluminum is a known neurotoxin. I recommend looking up the work of Professor Christopher Exley who has been studying Aluminum toxicity for the last 40 years. He has recently released a book "Imagine you are an Aluminum Atom" about the dangers:

I recently tried this hemp scrubber. I like its natural-looking design, works well cleaning the dishes (haven't try it as a bath scrub), and durable (can withstand dishwasher and even washing machine). I believe the product is made in Korea and you can find it on Amazon at the link below:

Here in mexico you can buy these in bulk at markets and supermarkets, drug stores and those small local grocery stores. Pretty cheap too; although from the start they're very harsh on the skin. I'd recommend boiling and twisting them to make it softer.
i use this for at home storage. easy to clean, cut for perfect size, and lets the soap air out and dry without losing soap :)
I know amazon isnt great but they have some for way way cheap. That's where I got mine. Pads For $16 Its 16.99. Not much more than a pack of single use. The shipping might not be ecofriendly but it will be worth it since you can use it for years
