Just a small tip, won't help you with putting glasses back together but get yourself on of theses
Holds your screw into the driver AND you can slide the guide over the rest of the screw so that you don't need to prop it up with your other fingers when starting new screws.

This isn't the exact same set (I got mine several years ago) but it seems pretty close.
They're 7 oz each (I even weighed mine to see if they were too - they are!) Which your typical spoon weighs a little less than 1oz. The added weight makes a pretty big difference in my spillage.
Thank you! I couldn’t find any stone ones. Is it something like this?

I haven't... but have you tried these?
We had them at the hand therapy clinic I worked at, often for patients with arthritis or Parkinson's. I ordered some for myself and they did help, although the difference wasn't astounding per say. It's different for everyone though, especially if you're trying to draw! Maybe worth a try?
I just discovered these beakers, which enabled me to measure a half teaspoon of medicine. They'll also be useful for baking. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008X5HRZU
Thanks for that. At least there's one that doesn't come with other things like quinoa or amaranth, etc, and that isn't an Add On Item or almost out of stock:

Maybe there are more options in the stores these days too than when I was looking a few years ago (even in the Asian stores).
What do the whole grains taste like, and what is the texture like? How long do they need to be cooked?
There are some good tips on computer settings in this thread, but also I would strongly, strongly recommend the keto diet. Keeping carbs below net 50g per day for a solid two weeks will have a dramatic effect on your game. I have had ET since I was 12, I play Overwatch a lot and I try to do keto for about 2 weeks every 6 weeks or so, the more I do it the better things get over time. I got a ketosis blood glucose meter and when measuring in the late afternoon my ketone levels got up to around 3.0 which is where they need to be by the end of the first week. MCT oil on top of this also helped. Granted yes, the keto diet sucks balls, but when you get the reward of higher cognition and less tremor and see your game dramatically improve, it's worth it. Plus you really don't need to do it for longer than a couple weeks to a month. Honestly I can't get past 2 weeks so far but it's still got lasting effects.
So an update on this. I've been taking up to 4 tablespoons of this MCT oil: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KPZXER6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I was taking it along with magnesium, collagen, and red reishi mushroom. I think it did have a helpful effect on my tremor, but it's hard to say because I haven't figured out a way to easily measure head tremor except for looking in the mirror. It's possible that it's not as effective for head tremor as it is for the hands. I wonder if the effect on the tremor is just because of the effect a keto diet has. So maybe someone who is not on a keto diet already can try this one out.
I've use THIS for as long as I can remember. it will not get you that completely clean shaven face, but the stubble look is in so you're in luck!
