Yeah, the card backs are different, you can get around this with any non clear card sleeves though, I recommend ultra pro and then just pick up some solid color sleeves like black or a dark red to match the game. You can find them on amazon pretty cheap.

Yeah my card backs are quite different from the official cards (they even have my name on it) — I thought it would be a good personal touch, and still usable in gameplay since I use sleeves. I’d highly recommend these ones to everyone — they feel great, easy to shuffle, and they’re red which matches thematically with EK! It's always worth asking but it is odds are not in your favor someone will give up a Creepy Perky card. Coin Flip might have better odds.

The book: A Field Guide to Unusual Cats has plenty of cats that could be used for an expansion. My favs are Avocato, Cathulu, Royal with Fleas (Hamburger Cat), but it describes it better", Catcus (cactus cat) and Sour Puss (lemon Cat)
