FFShrine is dead. Squidboard is the place to look as it is made and continued by the very same community that came from FFShrine so everyone migrated over there.

However, they mainly have game soundtracks (which is where the majority of the community is interested in) but it is worth a try. Be polite obviously if you're going to go there.
