Well, actual app support background playback, adblock, sponsor block, actual dark mode, good old quality selection etc. You can download YouTube Vanced ONLY from official site and XDA Forums. Here is official site if you have android and you wish to try it.
There’s a couple things you can do to at least limit your ad intake within your online environment.
If you haven’t considered the following I would recommend checking this out.
Utilize a VPN service. Something like Nord or ExpressVPN will mask your IP and make it much harder for companies with your digital footprint to point targeted ads your way.
AdBlocker is a free web app that automatically blocks pop-up ads and banners from appearing on standard web pages.
Last but the most unfortunate. Payment of services like YouTube premium, Hulu, etc.. is now one of the last ways to completely avoid ads on streaming services. It’s sad that we have sunk to this point but if you have that crushing feeling of being overwhelmed by advertisements a payment of $30 a month is sometimes worth the exclusion of advertisements from your life.
There are more but I have to get back to work lol. If you’re interested about some more complex solutions shoot me a message.
