Regarding art block. There's a great book called The Artist's Way. https://www.amazon.com/Artists-Way-25th-Anniversary-ebook/dp/B006H19H3M
It can get a little too meta-spiritual for some, but it is filled with processes and thoughts on nurturing the creative spirit. It requires some real work, but its well worth it in my opinion. Morning Pages alone is a big game changer.
They are a replacement to dryer sheets. They help soften clothes that are dried as well as cut down dramatically on the static in the dryer.

I read through some beginner posts here until I found someone recommending the kit this is from. Ordered it and dove in without a damn clue.
Absolutely love it.

I got this one. it's very good in my opinion bc it has lots of small tools. You can't make anything big though but make sure to get core wool if you get this. The wool quality is actually really good and soft so yeah

Amazon kits are a great start, there’s plenty of options for different budgets - just punch “needlefelting kit” in the search! For a more minimal kit for just testing if you like the medium before investing in it, expect to spend $8-15. For a pretty complete kit with lots of color options and tools, expect a price tag of $20-25.
Note that these kits do not normally come with instructions. If you’re looking for a project pattern to follow to get some practice/test the waters before diving into your own original needlefelts, consider a project kit like this Woolpets kit or these Daiso mini-packs for your first purchase.
If you decide you like the medium enough to venture out and make bigger stuff without guidance, and need large amounts of single specific colors or fiber types, Etsy is a great go-to.
This could be a good stocking stuffer to dip a toe, it comes with everything you need to felt (including easy instructions) and all you'd have to do is buy packs of wool roving in colors to restock. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KHUMOLG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_O588DbGSSMSVT
