I got them here on Amazon for $24, you may be able to find them on AliExpress for a little cheaper but the shipping was much longer so I opted for this seller.
It's extremely easy to do, you'll just have to lift the front of your car up. I take it off everytime I change my oil. These are the screws you will need.

Could look in junkyards for SYNC 3 system, but you'll need the dash trim from a SYNC 2 To work. (tho im not sure how true this is for Europe)
I have an alpine ILX-650w that i took out of my old focus before insurance took it. I plan on putting it in with This Dash kit cause the other one has wonky gummy buttons and a bright RED LED that is no fun.
I haven't done it myself yet but /u/seg000 did a great write up for the 2012. https://www.reddit.com/r/CarAV/comments/mdxji6/2012_ford_focus_se_hatchback_alpine_ilxw650/
Here's a video guide as part of an oil change tutorial.

I would recommend finding a replacement for it soon though, it helps prevent crap from getting on / hitting your engine and surrounding parts.
Also, it significantly helps with aerodynamics at higher speeds, which improves gas mileage and road noise.
Here's the cheapest replacement I can find with decent ratings on Amazon with free shipping https://www.amazon.com/Evan-Fischer-EVA201091914412-Engine-2012-2016-2013-2016/dp/B01HNI46NS
I bought a "suede" one from AliExpress and it's great. The quality of the material is slightly lacking, but if leather is more your style they have plenty of options. Rather than a traditional slip on one these are stitch on. Fitment was absolutely perfect (which I'll admit, was surprising) and install was easy but time consuming. I can try and get a picture later!
EDIT: Here is the one I have
Idk if this is girly or not, but I have this one for my focus and I love it.
Those are what I bought. My bad, they aren't weather tech brand, just a similar design. Clearly weather tech got the shape right and AVS didn't. Mine were a bit too big and required tab trimming, too.

No idea bro but I wanted to let you know that black honeycomb grill is restocked on amazon if you didn't see
Don't know the part I'm looking for! Exterior door assembly?
this part?. No local junkyards close enough and have a ton of amazon cash from end of the school year gifts. So amazon is my best bet.
This one from Amazon. It’s not screw on; you have to fasten it with three screws, but it fits snug. It doesn’t look right with the normal reverse lockout. It sits up a lot higher, almost like a truck shifter. The reason I cut my shifter down was to make it look alright. The reverse lockout ring is actually in the boot, it’s more difficult to get in reverse, but it’s a decent theft deterrent too lol.
Hatch cover lift strap. Though I don't think you can buy just that hook part, I think you have to buy the whole string and hook assembly.
idk how big of a car dude you are or if your looking. For my first changes i did on my 2016 was aftermarket headlights https://www.amazon.com/Housing-Signal-U-HALO-Projector-Headlight/dp/B07H26YBDF & a simple green intake https://www.amazon.com/Green-Filter-7159-High-Performance/dp/B000CMHIR4/. The green intake gives it a pretty mean sound while accel and the headlights look ba
I got these RekGen from amazon they look good and we’re easy to install.

Don’t bother with any of these “upgrades”, they’re junk. Just get a better set of halogen bulbs. These are hard to find now I think, but they are the shit. Much brighter than regular bulbs, without being some weird color trying to look like HIDs. There was a headlight engineer that did an AMA on here a while back, and these are what they recommended. I’ve bought like 4 sets.

Get a good scan tool eg : https://www.amazon.com/Scanner-VO6-Diagnostic-Lifetime-Special/dp/B09BNLXPL5
Run it asap, and the next time you see it, shut her down and run a full scan.
Dont worry till you see some codes related to the Transmission or even the ABS system
If you car does not start randomly with a new/good battery, not even cranking at all, its usually the TCM
Also note do not over tighten the filter it can crush the maf sensor housing and end up with a vacuum leak and that car will sputter Also if u can get a after market aluminum maf housing i broke mine and replaced it that way now its great make sure you get the right size
I got this one at O’Reilly’s like 5 years ago. Here’s an Amazon link.
Where did you find one?
Installing is easy:
remove air filter assembly (remove hoses and mass flow sensor wire and front strap, then yank it straight up and out- see youtube videos)
Remove bottom splash shield if present
remove 2 electrical connectors (easier from the bottom), be gentle and slow- cheap plastic
Detach harness clips from old TCM (2)
Remove top and right center bolt from top, use a 1/4" ratchet and 10mm deep socket for the one tight against the frame- the hardest one
Remove left and bottom bolt from bottom
remove old TCM
Install new tcm reversing above procedure, make sure the TCM is flush against the transmission before adding bolts, you may need to turn 1 or both of the built in gears 1 or 2 notches to make it flush
If you got the Dorman 609-031, it does not need to be flashed with the ECM.
You may not even need to "program" it. If the gear indicator on dash matches the gear selection, all you will need to do is drive it and it will learn itself.
Its better if you get a good scan tool or ForScan with an ELM OBD connector and calibrate the gear selector and run the clutch travel and shift learning routines. I recommend this scan tool: https://www.amazon.com/Scanner-VO6-Diagnostic-Lifetime-Special/dp/B09BNLXPL5
Sure. I got it off of Amazon UAE (since I live in the UAE)
It’s a $70 kit just make sure you properly prep and install!
Its most likely the TCM, you may get lucky with a midgrade scan tool and run the tcm and clutch reset/relearn functions. But even if you get it going, I'm sure it will malfunction again.
I use this scanner/tool that has all the features you will need:

good luck
You need a parking light, just get a T10 bulb from anywhere and replace it by yourself, you don’t even need to go to a mechanic it’s a very easy job won’t take more than 10 minutes

I have the same bulbs I suspect it is the “canbus decoder”(capacitor)
I used this one from Amazon and can confirm this worked (Since Oct 2021 at least): “XtremeVision LED CanBus Super Decoder - Error Code Canceller - Anti Flicker Capacitor (1 Pair) - H11 / 880 / H9 / H8”

This is for the fog lights. It says parking aid but it still shows a picture of the fog light plugs. But that's the part number for fogs. It's the one I ordered some time ago. I don't know the part number for the parking sensor harness or the parking/fog combo harness. If you plan on adding this stuff you need to also use a program like forscan to tell the car it now has those features. You'll also need to get a new light switch that has the on/off for fogs.

You just put the vehicle into TPMS relearn mode (on my car is key at off - hit and release brake pedal - turn key to run three times - at the third time with key at run, hit and release brake pedal - turn key to run three times again, if successful the car will sound horn and you see it on the message screen), go around the car at each wheel starting the at driver side front and hit this button. The car will then learn the TPMS sensors on the new wheels.
Without this step, the car will not know you have the new wheels on and can’t get a TPMS reading. It will get mad at you after 30 miles of driving.
You also have to move a car a little, about a car’s space and back will do, to wake up the TPMS sensors if the wheels haven’t moved for a while.
There is also a Motorcraft version of this tool but I have a knock off one and it works just fine. A tire shop will probably charge you 15 mins of labor to relearn the TPMS sensors, so this pays for itself in one use.
I've got this and it works really well. Pops into the cd player and is decently out of the way.
It should look like this.
I reused my stock MAF unit and connected to the aftermarket pipe my kit included.
The intake should rest in that section there since that is where the snorkel directs air towards.
Of course! Made the same mistake lol I will offer a warning though. The CAN module didn’t come with my head unit so I had to buy one separately. Something funky in it kept my accessory power live all the time and managed to kill two car batteries before I figured out what the problem was.
Make sure you’ve got jumper cables or another way to charge your battery in case this happens to you.
Here’s a link to the CAN module I’m currently using. Little more expensive, but it hasn’t killed my battery yet! (Comes with the steering wheel control module too)

Thank you for your answer. Could you tell me if I could put this radio in my focus?
I get what your saying, doesn’t sound easy at all. I’m thinking about buying one of those android/tesla-style radios from Amazon (like this one). That should work, right?
Nilight Fuse Holder Add-a-circuit Fuse TAP Adapter Mini ATM APM Blade Fuse Holder-10 Pack , 2 years Warranty https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0742BZXC2/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_JE7ZY08EQFDNK55ZF3M6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I used these fuse taps, the fuses they come with go into the slot as shown in the pictures. The fuse you pull out goes into the other slot, then you push the whole thing into your fuse box. The wires from your wiring harness for the dash cam get stripped back and pushed into the red whip and crimped.
This is a canbus module:
https://www.amazon.com/Auxbeam-Conversion-Wiring-Harness-Adapter/dp/B01N0LFZ4O
Hope this helps with the flikering.
I've had these on for 5 years no problem. Fits the OEM 19mm.

I have these on mine and no complaints yet. Fit the wrench that comes in the back and are one pieces
You can get a dash kit that is the plastic trim so you can remove the old radio and put in any double din radio. Here is an example of what I'm talking about, although there are probably nicer options than this specific kit.
sample kit -> https://www.amazon.com/Metra-99-5816-Single-Installation-2008-2009/dp/B001JT0ALU/
Then you can just research your favorite double din radio.
Could be that the tpms sensors have gone bad. They last about 10yrs or 150k typically. I have a 2012 and mine started doing it about 3 months ago.
I ordered new ones from Amazon and plan on putting them on whenever i get new tires and programming them.
If you want to test, you can buy this little remote on Amazon for like $10 and run your car through diagnostics to see if one is bad.

I had the same issue on my 2001 zetec. I suggest buying the cast aluminum thermostat housing. Ive been running it in mine for a year or so and had no problems.
Both. The wheels are off a 2014 Fiesta ST, they're 17x7 with 215/45's. The car's lowered about 1.5-2". I gotta see if I have a brighter picture lol. It's a cheap kit but Ive had it on both my 01 and now this and it's held up just fine.

Here's the day I got it vs present day, it was on stock suspension with 15" steelies.
Here is a viable cheap option. They even come with programming instructions and a YouTube channel if you need it.
I had gotten these a few years back.
https://www.amazon.com/wheel-covers-Giga-15-inch-black/dp/B016OOUR26
They looked good imo while they lasted. And about 4 yrs after getting them I was drifting, basically up on two wheels, when one of them popped off. I didn't know it popped off until I got home so then I took them off and have been rocking the bare steelies ever since.
Grind it down, use some self etchings primer, bondo until it’s nice and some Bedliner like this
AudioControl LC2i Line Out Converter
You'll need to tap into the speaker wires to give it a line-level input as I don't believe the factory head unit has RCA outputs. On the SE and base ST models the OEM stereo puts out less power to the rear speakers, so best bet is to tap the fronts somewhere (that's what I did in my ST).
I was supposed to hard wire mine in and get an adaptive clip to install it. I never got around to it before I traded her in. You’d have to check the connector for the high beam but I BELIEVE it’s an H1 bulb. I’d go with Auxito for it. I have the Auxito high beam for my Ranger now and I love it. These are my high beam bulbs. And these are my fogs
These say through 2017 but maybe they’ll work.

The brand is Thule!
This is the main system that’s used and under it you can find the different components you need:
To mount the bike on the rack system, I used this:
Swagman UPRIGHT Roof Mount Bike Rack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000SL1AEG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_BZ8KXAGN6JY5A4C8QRXZ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It’s a lot cheaper than what Thule offers for bike mounts and it gets the job done well!
Don’t get me wrong they do make a difference. This is what I had for 6 years until I traded the car in last week. On highway I always noticed around 90 the car would feel floaty? Kinda shook left and right. With the wing that all went away so I guess it had its trade offs.
Yes here is the link. I will also pm you the link in case it gets taken down.

Looks rather nice. I did something similar to yours added these to my front seats.
I used film, it was the easiest and most forgiving method, and it's harder to get a uniform coat and a shiny finish with the spray. Just needed an extra set of hands and a heat gun.
Here you go - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079PRC64L?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It comes with everything. And I mean everything you need for the bumper conversion. Just gotta get it painted, that’s all.
Here you go
Just be sure to get the right bulbs, and btw the turn signal bulb must be orange since the housing isnt, or else it is illegal
Don’t do HIDs in the stock halogen reflector housings. H13 LED will be your best solution, they still are blinding to everyone else if you are concerned about that, but they do the best job of getting usable light to the road where you need it. Make sure to aim them properly according to the car’s manual after. I recommend BeamTech (Amazon), I used them for 2 years before converting my housings to HID projectors, and they now live in my sister’s ‘09 and are still kicking.
Doing this now. Running 1 each side of these and maybe 1 or 2 in the back. Prewired Surface Mount LEDs (2835, Blue LED) - 3 Pack From Amazon, company is Oznium. They have a built in resistor so they can run 12v. Running them to fuse 82 using an "add a circuit" fuse piggyback. They'll come on with the ignition in the run position. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ENC1RIY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_OnecGbWHZB3WA?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I’d send them back and exchange them forthese in whatever size your MK3 takes (I think it’s H11 right?). I had the previous generation of these ones in my ‘09 before I converted to HID projectors, they were slimmer and fit fine. The output was fantastic.
Air, fuel, spark? Are fluids all good? Beyond that I would look into Forscan. Its an aftermarket diagnostic software. You will want a laptop and it requires a more specialized OBD2 reader. https://forscan.org/home.html https://www.amazon.com/OHP-ELMconfig-Adapter-Compatible-Diagnostics/dp/B01F0GVBWY/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=forscan&qid=1606618790&sr=8-5
Bluetooth scanners are under $15 on Amazon. And Torque Lite is free on the play store.
I see below you're on iOS, get the wifi adapter instead of BT. You'll be okay.
Anyway, air, fuel, spark, one of them is your root problem. How does it run when it's running? Does it lack acceleration within the rev range? Does it crank when it's not starting or just plain old nothing? Do you hear the fuel pump kick on and prime?
You could also just gut the muffler you have now, though that requires a bit of work and you may not have the tools.
Another option is to put in a fake / straight / pass-through "muffler" that does nothing whatsoever. $30 from Amazon: https://amazon.com/TOTALFLOW-31224-Straight-Through-Performance/dp/B07F3YS95Y
Note: I don't know if that particular one fits, but you get the idea.
I’m think of getting these rokblok ones from amazon. I’ve seen em on loads of peoples builds on this sub.

Yup aftermarket. Found the link on Amazon.
I’ve had these for over two years now. No issues. Plug and play but the rubber boot will no longer fit. I haven’t had any moisture issues. The light output is plenty. From what I can tell the glare isn’t bad at all. I haven’t had anyone flash highbeams at me.

I use these universal seat covers in our cars https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BI4SJ2S/ (idk if they're available in the UK) and they do the job for our dogs. I tried several hammock styles, but my husky would just go around the others and end up in the front seat. It also makes cleanup pretty easy for hairy dogs. There's still tons of hair, but there's less of it.
Just a cheap set from amazon. We just ran them to the battery terminals and they are mounted to the bottom with screw clips and zip ties. Took a couple hours because there really wasnt anything to zip tie the excess wire to.

Hah, thanks man. I honestly used a cheap Amazon Kit, never had a single issue with it. Here's the link if you want to take a look!
We would need a code in order to determine what to do. You can go to an auto shop and borrow a scanner or buy one, they are fairly cheap, under $20 and can be purchased from amazon https://www.amazon.com/Veepeak-Bluetooth-Diagnostic-Supports-DashCommand/dp/B011NSX27A/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=OBDII+scanner+bluetooth&qid=1578233426&sr=8-8
I bought a kit from Spiral Audio via eBay that included the dash and basic wiring for $90. The listing isn't valid anymore, but it was like this one (which is more expensive at $129): https://www.ebay.com/itm/283558904867
Then I bought an ATOTO A6 double-DIN touchscreen running Android for $135 during Prime Day: https://amazon.com/dp/B07B3TX6MF
This solution disables steering wheel controls and while I debated spending another $130 on the iDatalink solution (Maestro RR / ADS-MRR for $100, and HRN-RR-FO2 harness for $30), I don't need to use those controls enough to justify the cost.
A quick glance at eBay doesn't show a deal like I got on the dash kit and basic wiring, so I'd probably consider the iDatalink wiring solution and a $90-100 dash kit.
The stock radio doesn't have a sub out so you'll need to buy a converter and splice it into the wires to the two front woofers. Here's one I would recommend: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I4EF1BC/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_50mvDb2307B0E
I just ordered one off of amazon for like 7 bucks. But they carry them at most auto stores, maybe even walmart. I don't think it matters too much what you get, though I would suggest 4 gauge or bigger. It doesn't require any extra mounting bolts, since it goes onto existing ones. Below is the link to the one I got, but you can probably get it sooner if you get one from a store.

Crossbars and front two "clamps" (sorry, I don't have a roof rack and don't know terminology) look almost identical to sportrack brand - Amazon link at bottom shows almost the exact product except it's branded. If that's not it, your search will be more thorough if you include the keyword "keyed" since they have locks on them. If the picture you took is of a 2nd gen focus coupe, then just keep in mind that the rack could be as old as the car, which would put it in 2008 and the rack may no longer be produced or the model may be discontinued. As for the back support with padded feet but no clamps, I have no idea. If it's an old model, they may have come with it, or may even be an extra/ accessory piece bought separately but needed because this model in the picture is a coupe, so all of the "clamps" had to go above the front seats' door frame. If you are looking to install on a sedan you would be fine without it, but with a coupe obviously they needed more support towards the rear of the rack.

After pulling out the air box, the top bolt to the TCM is easily accessible. I just removed the bolt, it's a bit long, but comes out easily. Slipped it through the eye hole of one end of the cable and put the bolt back in. On the upper ground point, I just took the ground lug off, and put it through the other end of the cable, and tightened it back up. That bolt is easiest to remove using a 13mm deep socket. I think 7mm, 8mm, and 10mm sockets were what I needed to take off the airbox and TCM bolt. And yes, I used a 36" cable.
I had initially used a woven ground strap and put it from the TCM bolt to the cross member below the airbox that has 3 different ground points attached, but it eventually broke the ground strap because it had too much tension on it.
I'd definitely like to see how it work on one that hasn't had the sanding done since that requires paint removal which leads to oxidation, while doing this doesn't.
There is another ground point on the side of the battery box, which I think has a short cable directly to the negative terminal on the battery, but I chose the upper one due to its ease of access. Since doing the 4 gauge cable, I haven't felt even a hint of shuddering. The closest I get now is a bit of wheel hop on take off due to actually getting all the torque and horses when I hit the accelerator.
Edit: This is the cable I used https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K68YO5W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I detailed mine inside and out! It turns out that there are a lot of nooks and crannies where junk can build up. For me, that was mainly under the back seat's cushion where I found coins, human and dog hair, old chocolate, and dog treats. Also, get you steering wheel cleaned because the bacteria, dirt, and hand oils of every previous owner is still there.

For the heck of it, get a couple bottles of lucas fuel injector cleaner to get it's original MPG back and clear any build up in the fuel line. That's a link to 24 bottles, but note what the bottle looks like and pick it up at a place like AutoZone for near $4.
