Oh boy, auspicious timing. The FIOS installer is coming tomorrow, I'm at about 50/50 the install goes as planned. I am livid with Spectrum over the past few months, I'm getting daily outages.
Depending on how tech savvy you are - my back up plan may work for you. I will use 4G fail-over baked into my internet router. You can buy something like this and install an opensource routing software like PFSense, which has dynamic fail-over capabilities built into it. Downside here is you have to buy a wireless access point, the protectli box for the router, and set up some sort of hotspot plan with verizon or at&t.
For me, something like this will work great because when I get outages its usually for a few minutes. Extremely disruptive with work from home... but nothing a hotspot automated failover solution couldn't solve.
Good luck!
God Bless USA Deli should be the best spot for lamb/chicken over rice. Personally I really like
Bombay Grill and Curry its 15 bucks(expensive) but they have lamb kofta kebab with basmati rice and its pretty damn good. If you like halal I would give that a shot

I started carrying a small alarm that instead because it can be hard to aim pepper spray and make sure you’re not getting any on yourself. The alarm is tiny but seriously loud and likely to startle any attacker while drawing attention to you.
