Start small. Until you get some growth, the larger cylinders will just suck your entire labia into the cylinder with your dick, and that's kinda uncomfortable (speaking from personal experience, lol).
I started with this, which is very affordable, and comes with a good starter-sized cylinder: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EVSHKV8
Bonus, the cylinder is interchangeable with nicer hand pumps than the squeeze bulb, so you can upgrade your pump later to a nicer one.

I have hair on my dick itself. It's definitely something that takes time to get used to. Shaking it is your best Betz that's always what helps me. I use this Panasonic razor (yes it's expensive but it lasts a long time), i like that i can trim it instead of shaving to skin
I mean my foreskin doesn't cover all of my glans either, it's not a very common occurrence once growth starts. I've heard of DSMO helping with skin growth for cis men who stretch their penis/foreskin. Really my only suggestion is that you can stretch your foreskin out daily and slowly it'll get better
thanks! I can't seem to find the specific one I have, but it's similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R3FD67Q/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_310K6517K4FWE1X0R0E8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I feel like this would be a great beginners pump as well. but I just gotta say I'm no doctor or anything so pls use with discretion! It has worked for me and I have not had anything bad happen tho :) good luck ! If u have any other questions feel free to ask 😊
Ah ha! I hadn’t thought of that…good idea. Yeah, I’m going to get some of these silicon finger sleeves to see if I can get something working. Was wondering if anyone else had tried this or had other suggestions
I would recommend pumping over that, it’ll give you better results. My boyfriend and I use these nipple suction clamp things, and I find they work perfectly for pumping
if youre having those troubles with it, it might be good to look into different kinds of pumps. twist ones are nice, not super expensive, but ive found they don't really get the job done. if you can just literally pluck it off, i think its more than likely too small. ive never really been able to just pull it off like that, and if i have, its never done enough to notice. its not very good to just pull off, especially if it causes any discomfort. its usually best to just let the suction release either by unscrewing, or pressing a finger in near the base to release the vacuum. the sudden suction increase from tugging it off isnt good, but from what youve said, im preeety sure its just not your size. you can look around for longer sizes of the cups you already have, if you dont want to jump to a different type completely. you could also make one with a couple basic tools, or something like this https://www.amazon.com/EXELint-Disposable-Syringe-Sterile-Catheter/dp/B010BWOOXA if money is an issue, as pumps are stupidly expensive for whats basically a plastic cup
I got this one Kuti Kai Professional Cupping Set, Vacuum Cupping Therapy Machine & Cupping Therapy Set for Relaxation Pain Relief - 2PCS (S: 2.7cm/1.1") https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07GDRHBCX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_fabc_FFNTBYJS2P2H155SXJXF?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 that was recommended to me from another lovely dude on this sub; if you’re not uk based just look up a similar product on amazon. I also recommend using some kind of lube for suction (:
There’s Doc Johnson’s Good Head. It’s also sold as the Bro Sleeve on FTM sites. There’s a few reviews of it on the FTM subreddits if you search around
