So I am in Asia and we have steaming lunchboxes. These either can go in a steamer or we can use almost like a lunchpail machine that plugs in and steams food.
Other option is to make it the morning of and to not put it in the fridge. Keep it in your desk or bag until ready to eat. It's how traditional bento boxes are done.
There are 1411 calories in 240g of peanut butter. That would be 352 calories in EACH serving of this. Would you just eat 352 calories of peanut butter on its own and call that "healthy"? It is not healthy, and you are spamming these Tasty-esque, unoriginal videos in this sub without seeming to really think about if these recipes are actually healthy. Using Greek yogurt and bananas does not healthy make. These would be great on other subs perhaps, but seriously? How would anyone think this is healthy?
The American heart association has a great collection of recipes on their website and in their cookbook. The recipes are everything from simple veggie roasts to complicated meals.

I pretty much double anything liquidy I make (soups, sauces, whatever) and freeze half. I grabbed souper cubes from amazon. Those things are amazing. My freezer looks super organized. Right now I have chicken and wild rice soup, ham and lentil soup marinara, chili, and chicken enchilada soup frozen in one cup servings.

I bought it a month ago and have made a handful of recipes from it. I love it. It’s like $15, over 500 pages with over 800 recipes, with nutritional info listed for if you follow the exact recipe.
