You can pre-order it right here. It's part of the third High Republic trade. Amazon just hasn't updated the solicit nor cover yet (they're usually a bit slow about it).

My guess: the Drengir great progenitor was locked up on Srarlight in the HR comics. The Nihil will learn this, and set it loose - heist scene! - leading to Starlight’s destruction/abandonment.
In that case there's only one High Republic short story in that collection. And the digital version can be purchased on Amazon and the like.
