If you are referring to that edition then it is not a bootleg and is probably the best option currently. The Spanish subs are not forced and the presentation is reasonable, especially for its age. But be aware, it comes from a 16mm negative so don't expect miracles and the love is silent, truly silent. There is no musical accompanyment with this. Avoid the French release like the plague BTW.
