Got it off Amazon, says for Harley but fit perfectly on my bike. There was also a review of someone who put it on a bobber as well so I felt more comfortable getting it.
That’s how it starts! 😂 I have saddle bags, a passenger seat or rack, and slip ons also. Since then I added bar end mirrors that go downward instead of up, vertical plate mount (check your states laws), a leather engine saddle, leather clutch/brake wraps, Indian 1920 solo seat, a custom made sissy bar (found a badass guy who makes them all by hand, and I have mine tuned with a Dynojet programmer.
I would recommend these for the passenger seat/rack posts for quick swaps. Everything I have is either quick detach or easily swappable.

Here is how my bike sits as of 5 minutes ago.
Also took a picture of my accessories currently not on the bike that I mounted to the wall. I can swap anything on the bike for anything on that wall in a minute or two. Hope this helps!
I keep one of these kind of things in my saddlebag for those kinds of occasions...but I like the idea of burying a block for permanent parking.
I used a 35L motorcycle backpack that has 4 extra straps for a luggage rack and the backpack straps come off. I secured it to the rack with the 4 straps and used a 15x15 cheap cargo net that has 6 plastic hooks. I want to get a new cargo net or maybe more hooks but it does a decent job and was around $14 off amazon. The backpack has a billion small straps that I have yet to adjust and shorten so it was a bit of a pain to make sure nothing was hanging down.
Didn’t budge in the 20 to 30 mph gusts that the gorge gets.

These socks are my go-to winter gear. I ride year-round to the low 30's degree F. I also long-distance rides where it important to STILL be warm 4 hours in. There may be better ones, but these have never failed me. They are super thick and soft, dont slip down on me or bunch up. Without I couldn't handle long rides below 40 F.
I've been using a $27 cover from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01L3QWQDI?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) and it has been fine so far. I'm sure it would melt in a heartbeat if I put it on if parts were too hot.
What I end up doing is riding to my destination (at home I can just park in garage) and letting the bike cool off. I then return 10-15 minutes or whatever and put the cover on without fear.
I have a Noco Genius 2 that I use for my 22 FTR carbon. It already comes wired for the SAE plug. I purchased the adapter on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005DUMADC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The whole set up works great.
I am pretty sure you could download the owners manual for the Bobber on the Indian website. It should give you the details if you need an SAE adapter or not.
Had the same issue the first time.
The key is to warm up the bike first. It usually comes off.

Nice! Perfect, I may do the same then. I had the Avon Memory Foam Anodized grips before and loved them... might as well try with another set of these. Thanks again for your help on this.
OP is not wrong. I have an Air Hawk 2 and just rode 4,000 miles in complete comfort. It's all about adding and removing air until you find your comfort zone. Air Hawk is a similar device but with a nice cover on it to decrease the ugly factor. Highly recommend.

I tried several different kinds before landing on Pinlock Ear Plugs. They seem to be the best I used… I hope so… but I’m happy to take recommendations. They also have a nice case I keep in my jacket pocket.

I'm a huge fan of Chemical Guys. Only brand I use for cleaning my bikes.
My lock is insurance if I’m honest, so please make sure you get that. I also have an AirTag for the bike that I keep delaying to put on.
Having said that, I chain my bike through the rear wheel to a railing because I live in Chicago and don’t wanna make it too easy.
I use 2 security chains locked together with 2 master locks. I realize the chain ain’t doing shit, the easiest thing to break is one of the locks. But I use these as deterrents, because everything is cut-able.
Also, put a cover on the bike, it is by far the best deterrent. Park in a well lit area if you can. Mine sits close to my building’s main entrance and there’s an overnight guard in there. They ain’t gonna do shit mostly, but again, deterrent.

Amazon has some knock of rider floorboards that are the exact same as the Indian ones except the Indian branding not being embossed in them. They do give you a Indian sticker emblem to put in the same location as the oem Indian ones. They’re cheaper too! In price not quality. The only knock I can give them is the rubber inserts were poorly laid down as was the double sided tape that holds them down but that was a quick/ easy fix.
They can’t show the Indian sticker emblem in product photos likely for copyright infringement reasons but it should come with it. The one bad review saying they don’t fit must’ve been incompetent because they do fit and are just as good as the Indian ones. I’ve had both and as mentioned above is the only differences.

This is what I used. Cut to same shape as the stock insulation. It’s pretty thick so it took some finagling to get the heat shields on it, but it helped a lot. If I redid it I’d probably go with 1/2” thick instead of 1” thick but this works.
Regarding the handlebars, the stock grips were the worst grips I ever had to use, they were literally painful to use. I got some kuryakyn spear iso-grips as a gift, kinda wish I'd asked for heated grips but regardless, these are still a huge improvement over the stock grips. Also, I got some risers that let me sit more or less upright with a little bit of lean back, still wish they would come back another inch but it's comfortable enough for now. For some reason it took me forever to find these, here are the risers: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M9IG488/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_QMZ9YNTV4A2HN65FS024?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I will say I don't like how Indian did the handlebars on this bike, the clamp area is 1 inch and the grips are 7/8ths, so it's pretty much impossible to find aftermarket handlebars for the bike (to my understanding the bigger bikes are the same thing, 1 and 1/4th then shrink down to 1 inch grips). They want you to buy their own aftermarket parts, but I'm not paying 200 bucks for handlebars. At some point I'll get some shims to try a 7/8ths handlebar from emgo, just want to learn more about how secure that is first.
Also, for the seat: I got a mustang seat and I'm very happy with it. Doesn't have the backrest but with the handlebars I couldn't lean back far enough to warrant it anyways.
I think you're looking for sissy bar / pad based on that price. Closest I found was this:
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07Q3QB99K
The fitment is a little sketchy. I had to back the mounting bolts in the saddlebag barrels off a bit because the sissy bar mounting to the frame was a little wide. After forcing--and it took about all 225lbs of my fat ass to get it to snap into place, I torqued the bolts back in.
I can't speak for the black leather, but the tan leather color is a little off too. But it's not frickin $500 off, so it'll do.
It looks like your scout has a similar front brake rotor to my chief, this is the rotor lock I use. Basically you put the pin through one of the slots around the back of the rotor, then you attach the reminder cable and lock to it on the front of the rotor so it can't be wheeled away as easily. Just remember to loop the reminder cable up to the handlebar so you don't forget to take it off before you leave. I'm sure a normal rotor lock would work too.
Radiant Cycles Shorty GP Exhaust Motorcycle Muffler Baffle Bolt In Bolton Catalyst Silencer https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07N125TVF/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_VSX7NJAQEAJSAJN35M24?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
These are always suggested on Amazon whenever I am looking at the GP shorty exhaust. Is this what you're looking for?
Kuryakyn has some fold/flip up ones that are nice. They also make the adapter that fits the scout peg mount clevis. If you look on my profile you can see them on my scout for the passenger. My exhaust didn’t allow for passenger pegs but I made it work with a few key parts from different manufacturers. I had to install the mount backwards and in doing so the stock pegs could touch down if leaned over enough and since they’re mounted backwards the pegs couldn’t flip up and back so they’d instead act like a pole vault, almost are shit once. So I came across the kuryakyn mini floorboards that resolved the touching down on hard leans and also allied me to flip up the passenger pegs and them not be flipped up and forwards ie backwards. The kuryakyn peg adapter was the final key piece that made my set up work perfectly.
Both the mini floorboards and adapter aren’t cheap but both worth the money imo. The peg adapter is needed for the flip up boards to function as intended, making the fulcrum point be on the boards instead of at the adapters in the clevis of the peg mounts. The adapters are hard to find now though as I think they were discontinued. I’ll leave two links so you can see them, the adapter link may or may not still have some for sale but I’m mostly posing it so you know what it looks like and it’s part number. Best of luck to ya.

$60 from Amazon, it's been on a year, and hasn't dimmed at all. I'd like the new Adaptive Pathfinder, but hard to justify 10x the price when the Amazon ones perfectly fine!
I have this one and it’s pretty decent.
Only complaint is that the double stick tape wears out after awhile. Ended up fabbing a mount for the rear so far, need to make up a mount for the front. I don’t want to screw into my nice bike, so alternatives are needed.
When installing, zip tie the crap outta the lines going to the rear camera, otherwise they might droop just enough that they get rubbed through when you hit bumps…
That one is on me though.

Question the Barnett clutch you bought from dean speed was it for 10” bars? I just bought one is why I ask. The bobber stock brake line & clutch cable are shorter than the scouts (which I have) so my stock ones reached barely. I hope they’re longer than mine but you’re write up worries me now.
FYI the bar end mirrors made by Indian and the ones I got off Amazon don’t need threaded bars, they use an internal expanding shim (idk what they call it off the top of my head) in place of a threaded bung (again whatever it’s called lol). The Amazon ones are better looking (shorter arms which makes them look lower profile but the mirrors are the same size as Indians) and way better performance (mirrors don’t vibrate out of position. Also the part of the arm that holds onto the bar end inserts (hey maybe that’s there name?) is rigged so it holds better with less torque needed on the pinch bolt. Basically it’s better all around. I’ve had two sets of Indians and only use the inserts because of an accident but also because they always moved out of place. Both are hard to see when there’s higher vibrations though. A link for anyone in the market for them.

This is where and what I purchased. Very good. I plug it in everyday
Any shop can replace the bars if you can get it there and if you can get ahold of a replacement bar. I hate how Polaris made these bars, universal bars can't be swapped on easily (bar is an inch and a quarter, then shrinks down to 1 in for the handlebar controls, so you can't just get a 1 inch bar and swap them on).
I got these Risers: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M9IG488/ and I'm happy with them, I still would prefer a bit more pull back but these made the controls a lot more tolerable. If you have some hex key wrenches you can install them at home.

I was surprised by the heft of these for the price. Needed something fast because, surprise surprise, the Scout Bobber stock handlebars come with bar end mirrors that don't fit any other accessory Indian bars (I have extended reach bars) and riding without is terrifying. I needed something fast and was going to replace them because they're $18 mirrors... but I've felt no need so far. Everything is adjustable and the small size works much better than I was expecting. You obviously get more style with those name brands, but I wanted something that's barely noticeable and these are perfect.
Sometimes baffles work. I have not had good luck adding them to pipes that were intended to be loud.
earplugs I use they cheap and effective and you just throw them out after a bit.

I have mine set up to green while I’m riding and when I press the brakes it turns or to red, when I let off the brakes it turns back to green. Green means going, and red means stopping. ***Edit. I’ve have a bottle of Meguiars Hot Shine tire spray that I’ve used for my engine. I diluted that with the chemical guys trim gel and it’s worked really good. I use about a 75/25 blend. That trim gel goes a long way. After a wash I’ll dry then spray my engine with that mix and let it sit overnight. The next day I’ll use a cloth to clean up the overspray.
I also use this on my matte paint and it makes it “pop”. They make a matte paint detailer but I prefer this one.

Worked well but not great for this purpose. A little hard to fill without spilling, a little hard to pour without spilling, and if you get gas on the container, the painted letters can smudge. But it did hold the gas perfectly even riding in hundred degree days which was my biggest concern.
I have the shorty GPs and ended having a baffle battle but now I love them, a nice throaty sound, not too loud at idle but plenty loud going down the street. If you go with shortys you pretty much have to baffle for your own sake. If you go the shorty route and want advice, hmu.

Fuck yeah man, looking sharp. Get a bottle of this, it’s super easy to put on and really makes a difference, every time I would wax all I could see was how brown the tires were, this is the answer.

Klim Marrakesh, best jacket I have found. Breathes well, stretches for great mobility and has armor.
I have been using this for about a year now with regular use. I love all of the pockets and being able to remove the shoulder and elbow pads. Makes it easy to wash. The armpit vents make I barrable during the summer days, but the 90° days nothing will save thyne soul from that heat. Seems rugged thankfully I haven't had to test it.
This is what I’ve been using for the last 3 months and it’s fantastic.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M06994A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 that's what I used. I wanted something that kept the handlebars clean without adding clutter so this just screws into your clutch or front brake whichever works better for you. It does only have two contact points. I've "heard" it will hold the phone in place even at 120mph without wind protection.
I've been using this on my bobber with my S21+ and it has done the job just fine. I also use a little rubber "x" band to wrap around for some extra security

I took a chance and went cheap. This one has been solid for me now for 2 years.
If you do this get the metal version not the plastic. That is what I have.
I used to use F-11 but now I use the last soap for washed and the last coat for spray on wax. Also s100 works great on the engine just don’t get it on the paint. I hold a small cardboard so the overspray doesn’t get on the paint. Also check these out. They make a hell of a difference with water spots. Just bought a pair of these. They are my first pair of armored/kevlar pants so I don't have anything to compare them to, but they fit nicely and are comfortable to wear. Can't say how well they will hold up, but for 90$ it was worth a shot.
I had the RAM mount but it kept pushing volume down when listening to music or occasionally both volume and power to initiate a 911 call...that was a bit of a surprise to hear an emergency operator in my ear the first time! Switched to a Tackform and LOVE it. I still use the rubber band holder but pretty sure it isn’t needed.
I use this one

Yeah, same low beam lumens (2800) as the Eagle headlight you posted below and 4000LM on high beam (beating out the Eagle's advertised 3800): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DVX9K99/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Hard so say if they're being truthful among manufacturers. Who inflates their claims more, etc. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with the upgrade - huge difference - but I do want just a little bit more for the recently paved, completely dark roads.
I got a Favoto cover that fits over my windshield and seems pretty durable. It's only 25 bucks, so I don't know how long it will last you. Sounds like it's temporary, anyway, though
Thanks for the input. That was one of the exhaust I was considering.
The ones I was referring to was this Vance & Hines Twin Slash Rounds Slip-On Exhaust (Black / 3") for 15-17 Indian Scout https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HF6TRNX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_kuOsFbXXKYVA4
I know if you use wikibuy it knocks off a few bucks with shipping
I don't do a lot of night riding, but I totally agree that the stock light had me wondering if it was even on the first time I took it out at night. After a lot of research I picked up this light back in January which looked really good and had great reviews.... but life's been crazy lately so it's still sitting in a box waiting to be installed. https://www.amazon.com/Eagle-Lights-Generation-Projection-Headlight/dp/B01I3YLQ4I/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Eagle+Lights+Generation+II+5.75+Inch+Projection+LED+Headlight+with+White+Halo+Ring%2C+fits+Harley+Davidson+Motorcycles+%28Black%29&qid=1595036535&s=automotive&sr=1-1

Looks to be securing the bottom part of that gauge assembly to the tank, you should be able to find a cap for it online if you just want to cover it with some black plastic
Searching Torx Screw cap cover on amazon I was able to find these, maybe something similar?
For future reference, anything in an amazon url after the product number can be left off. Same with any url that includes "ref=", take it out for better readability.
For instance, your first link (technically don't even need the last '/' either): > https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HXC4QPI/
my dealer used, and recommended, this:

I bought a bottle from them, and have used it a fair amount, it works very well.
I use this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AFBXQNC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Can't imagine it makes a difference for matte paint.
I have the matte black scout as well. I use this stuff and it works wonders, don’t even need water as long as you wax on, wax off without letting it sit.

This is a budget DIY version of the Flash2Pass
The transmitter module was too large to fit in the Scout headlight case, so I cracked the case off it and coated it in PlastiDip, squeezed right in.

This is what i have on my bobber. Comes with all kinds of adapters for different purposes, but the cable built into it plugs right into the cable you originally asked about.
Sure! I was later informed there are connectors available via amazon here that you can wire to your accessories that will plug directly into the stock wiring harness power points!
