Didn't have any problems with the 3W 4 Ohm speaker i use. It's exactly like this one

It was half inspired by the ETC chimes, mostly it came from the urge to have one of those voice boxes like Waifu Prison or Ressha Melody Box.

It plays a sound file on ACC because i hardwired it to the 12V socket fuse.

I used a 3W 4 ohm speaker and hid it behind that free box under the head unit, and punched holes where its hot glued to.

It needs your head to wrap around some wiring to set these up but if you can get a sound player module like this one you're 1/4 way done.
