The antenna for your Sirius XM is on top of the roll bar, so no worries there.
I just grabbed the first Prime next-day stubby that fit the JL/JT and ignored it after that.
They still ask me at my carwash about mirrors and antenna, I just nod and go.
Edit to add, this is the one I bought, there are MANY like it: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00651CLCS/
These are some off brand Ford Raptor lights that I put on after seeing another user put them on his. I really hate the look of the Oracle lights and those seem to be the only dedicated option for Jeep on the market right now. I used some waterproof silicone to secure them to the back of the grill.

This is what I use. So far its been good.
I had to do some trial and error to get them to fit. They are Raptor lights. I broke the screw hole tabs off and used two part epoxy from the back side to keep them flush inside the diamond mesh.
I kept the housing and just swapped this bulbs: Alla Lighting 2504 PSX24W LED Fog Lights Bulbs 2800lm Xtreme Super Bright Replacement 5730 33-SMD 12276, 6000K Xenon White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H6TH1TD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_3BRTJD1SNQRZNJ6B8RS2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Sounds like a great choice. I bought a Smittybilt 2781 when I picked up a SpeedFlate kit. It has turned out to be a great combination. I built a coil hose with NPT on one end (standard) and the Japanese connector on the other, easy to do. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B079J4JDNJ/
It has a 40 min duty cycle but I've done two Jeeps on 35's without a problem.
as far as bugs, I picked this up and it does help...not a lot, but I don't seem to notice much to clean off and that was including a road trip over Thanksgiving to Indiana.

As far as insurance...try to see if your insurance company has windshield coverage. I am going on my 3rd windshield since Nov of 2019. The $7 a month I pay with the $0 deductible is well worth having coverage that replaces the windshield whenever I need to.

No complaints. Run 33s right now and I can get it back up to 37psi quickly. Always under my backseat.
I removed the label and added elastic cord to the handles. It mounts to the rails on the bottom and the cargo rail on top.
I will be getting these They are the same fit as OEM including the drain plugs but made of a stronger TPE material and at a better price. Sure, weather tech is well known and marketed, but overpriced and not any better quality. I’ve actually heard complaints about the fit on the ones for the JT and i don’t think they have the drain plugs. I looked at Quadratec and RR too and both look fine but again no drain plug.
I bought the WARN low profile guard along with my winch plate and winch, but i don't have it installed yet. I liked the angles on it more than one that was a solid curve
Not tank related, but I used the hi lift mount in my bed and I love it. It takes up the negative space on the side of the bed, feels secure, keeps the Jack from flying around, and I know I always have it with me. Although if I didn’t have a tonneau I don’t know if I would run it out of fear it is stolen.

I just got a Gator brand (made in USA) soft tri-fold and have been super please with the flexibility. I can lay my bike down in the bed and keep it secure all day then fold the cover back to add my friend’s bike when we go ride. Had to move a couch the other day and took the entire cover off for full bed access. Put it right back on when I was done. Simple.

Pros: 5 min, one person install with no drilling (no trail rail system) Has a great warranty Slim/streamlined look Can’t be opened when tailgate is up. Easy (5 min and 1 person) removal when you need the whole bed. Inexpensive compared to others Amazon $229 with free shipping- got in 10 days
Cons: Seems weather tight so far with all the south Fl rain, but I haven’t tested it in a storm on a highway. Clamps to hold it in place end up right over my bed lights- doesn’t interfere, but wish they clamped down elsewhere.

I disabled my start stop with this. I've been running it for almost 2 years now with no issue. I highly recommend this. When I don't have the soft topper on I put it in the bed. With the soft topper on I throw it in that small roof rack over the bed. It is telescoping so it's only like 2' or so long when it's collapsed.
I tried to get a pic with the dog but she was too excited about all the smells to sit for a picture.
This mounts on the front of your Gladiator. It is what I am going to buy.
sadly it doesn't really have much info on the plug style. There are USB to 12v adapters for different barrel plugs. That's what I have for my furion. Something like this may work too.
For the interior I use Meguiars interior detailer. It works on pretty much everything. Works well for mild stains as well in the seat. https://www.meguiars.com/automotive/products/meguiars-ultimate-interior-detailer-g16216-152-oz-spray
For the exterior I just do a two bucket method sponge wash. I live in the PNW so it gets cold in the winter so handwashing is difficult. So instead of bucket washing in the winter I use Optimum No Rinse. I spray it liberally and wipe it off with microfiber towels. This also works really well as a claybar lubricant. https://www.amazon.com/Optimum-NR2010Q-Rinse-Wash-Shine/dp/B00D8DR0AO
For waxing I use Turtle wax ICE seal and shine.
For all the exterior trim and black plastic pieces I use 303 automotive protectant.
I've never used chains, but I was impressed by another driver using these on ice covered roads. These seemed to work well with braking, especially with anti-lock allowing slight wheel turning.
I took it to the dealer to repair. It is still under warranty. After it was repaired, I installed these clips. Took only minutes. So far, so good.
I have been having this issue with my iPhone 13 Pro and Skoda.
It turns out that CarPlay does not play nice with VPN’s.
If I have ExpressVPN connect before I connect my iPhone to my car, all I see is a blank screen.
Once I disconnected the VPN and close the app then reconnect to my car, CarPlay works immediately.
Hope this helps with anyone having a similar issue with CarPlay and the blank screen.
This one was cheap and met my needs by rolling completely out of the way. I can load a motorcycle without installing the cover.
I did have to add a weather strip to the front of the bed where the dip is, but it's been watertight over 2,000 miles since install on a couple family trips.

I fretted over the tonneau covers (still dont know if I pronounce it correctly). Being in southern CA, we don’t worry about water much.
I looked at a lot of options and just went with a cheap Oedro https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08628Z3XV. It appears to seal fairly well but again, not having moisture in our air for years, I cant comment on that. Something to keep in mind most soft roll up covers can be cut open easily. The best roll up that I saw was the Bakflip https://bakflip.com/p/bak-revolver-x4s-tonneau-cover/v/jeep/gladiator/2022/ but I dont carry anything in the back worth dropping $1200. I personally dont care for the trifold type as they tend to partially block the rear window when open (also more expensive).

just like some other members on here. quality wise there are overall better and cheaper
Sure! (AFAIK) A tap is sharp and is intended actually re-cut the metal to ensure the threads are in-line. In general, I don’t cut metal if you don’t have to…. A thread chaser is a deep groove screw (again, AFAIK) that you crank in there to scrape out the gunk in the threads of the holes. Since you are putting it in, a BETTER recommendation I have heard is put screws in first (I used M6 try 30 instead of 25s
I do believe the Tazer will activate the aux switches. My Mojave came with the aux switches installed but I would go with the Voswitch grab handle switches if it didn't. It looks like an easy and clean install.
I got these off Amazon
They're nice, image is clear & not distorted. They do vibrate a little, to be expected considering where they're mounted, but I'm not trying to read the bible in them I'm just trying not to hit anybody
Worth noting that they did whistle when I first put them on but a little bit of black electrical tape in the problem areas solved that

I also recommend a tonneau cover. I got the BAK X4 and love it. If you buy from the manufacturer, ask them about the forum discount. It’s a hard roll-up cover that is extremely secure and easy to use.
Lastly, I love running doors off, and I tried a number of mirror options (California requires 3 to be legal). This one is fantastic, even at freeway speeds: https://langeoriginals.com/products/coyote-mirror-for-2018-jl-and-jlu?_pos=2&_sid=0d44ac8da&_ss=r

So this is right up my alley. My wife and I have 3 Kayaks, varying between 10.5 ft to 13.5 ft.
Apart from dropping the tailgate, adding an additional bracket into the hitch receiver, and using the new support from the hitch as well as tie-downs / flags - I'm not a fan of using the truck bed for my kayaks. I've come to 2 different solutions in my time with the Gladiator.
The first solution was these. I liked that they clamped onto the bed and could hold up to 800 pounds. I added foam pads meant for kayak racks and the whole setup looks rather slick while also being removable as needed.
But - my issue was I got my Gladiator an AEV lift and 35's. That meant all of the sudden I was lifting multiple 80 pound kayaks onto the top of a lifted truck. Not a fun situation.
Thus, now I moved onto this solution. Now loading my kayaks is at waist height, and easy as hell.
Picked up this one from Amazon for just under $100: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08ZHCS8R3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YXFDMYD341ER4P07WJ91?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

They're cheap, but they've been getting the job done for years going back to my JKU.
if you are talking factory options, i really like the factory leds and the auto unlock feature. i would not have ordered it if i was building my own jeep, but both were on my used rubicon. The speaker is pretty sweet too.
for aftermarket, the best mod overall was a cup holder insert for my large waterbottle. works great and i use it every time i am in the jeep. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09GLVQZ1Q/ref=sspa_dk_detail_2?psc=1&pd_rd_i=B09GLVQZ1Q&pd_rd_w=qVRyq&pf_rd_p=57cbdc41-b731-4e3d-aca7-49078b13a07b&pd_rd_wg=QBkKM&pf_rd_r=6WVYWMVREP74RKAE2V6T&pd_rd_r=34289139-80c8-4d75-ac73-7d665...
For quality of life upgrades:
Hinge covers. They always get chipped, always first to rust. For $25 why not?
Shifter console storage. These things are fantastic for $25, holds my wallet and phone - keeping the cup holders open for actual cups. No, your knee won't bump it. https://www.amazon.com/Savadicar-Organizer-2018-2021-Gladiator-Accessories/dp/B08XWG7S12?th=1&psc=1
I picked up an Alien sunshade for the rear seat, and use the space between the hardtop and shade for storing stuff like hoodies or blankets on roadtrips. The front one was just low enough that it kept touching the top of my head and I couldn't stand it so gave it away.
I’ve driven hours long trips with out the doors and roof, I’d rest my foot on the little peg that the doors slides onto. Moving blankets are your friends and lots of them (also maybe pool noodles or something similar) if you want to store the doors in the bed. But I leave everything at home. I personally wouldn’t keep the doors in the bed because of the little keeper (the little black bar that holds the door open at certain angles) if that goes into the door I’ve heard it’s a pain to get it back out. What you could also do is leave the roofs at home and keep the doors then take them off at the beach house. While running no roof use this Shadeidea sunshade I got it off Amazon and you don’t have to take it off to put the roof back on. Mine came with a gift which was a passenger grab handle storage bag
I had the same conundrum when I installed my winch recently so I bought one of these last week. My winch has a steel cable and a set of fairlead rollers so it just clips onto the rollers. While searching I also saw they make something similar if you have the other style fairlead.
A couple of ones I did that I’m not seeing on your list:
BedRug XLT - if your fully loaded setup has a spray in bed liner included, you might can skip this one. But it gives good protection and a decent soft cushion in lieu of hard metal or hard abrasive spray in.
Cheap but surprisingly convenient. A shifter area storage bin. I put my phone, wallet, keys, etc in it: https://www.amazon.com/cartaoo-Gladiator-Accessories-Accessories%EF%BC%8CGear-Organizer/dp/B098JVP5X3
Window tint (hopefully on your fully loaded setup already)
Lastly, I just installed the Quadratec brute strength steps and rails. They give good protection, provide a small step area, and do a good job of concealing the pinch seam.
Oh wait, I have a better solution! I bought this. More switches than the MOPAR option and it’s very clean. Would recommend over MOPAR.
Same. I snagged this one.

I highly recommend this one. No signal issues. Had it for a couple weeks now. Pretty cheap for a Jeep mod too.
Yeah, these are what I bought. I knew that had little holes on each side where they would screw into the Ford's grille and I figured I might be able to use those to my advantage.... But then I broke the screw hole on one side. I then realized if I broke the other screw hole off it would fit within the honeycomb. So I did that and used 2-part epoxy. That was 6 months ago and they are still holding strong. I can always cut them out if I need to.
