I had dental x-rays done before I got my positive test. I told my dentist I could be pregnant but it was too early to know (I found out at 3+2). He was unconcerned. The Mayo Clinic Guide to Pregnancy states that the amount of radiation in x-rays is well below the level that will cause issues, especially if it's targeted to an area that's nowhere near your abdomen and you take extra precautions (lead apron).

They're not super cheap but maybe you could just take them for the first trimester and then switch? I'm starting to look into other prenatals too, the ones I'm taking have a weird taste and it's making me gag.
While it is easy to pick up your own heartbeat by accident, a developing fetus's heartbeat is much faster than that of an adult, especially as early into pregnancy as we all are.

The smell of my own hair made me gag the other day. Because I had my sunglasses on my head and I put them on my face and got a strong whiff.
I don't wash my hair every day, generally, because it's better for my hair. But you better believe I'm shampooing every day now.
I use Freedom deodorant, but I may just not be sensitive to pit stink. YMMV.

The kind I had is actually quite different. It's more like a clear glass noodle. I had it at a vegan restaurant, but below is a link to a bag from Amazon so you can see what it looks like. It didn't really taste like much on it's own; just took on the flavor of everything else.

They sell them at target too :) sorry you feel so crappy! I’m so nauseated but I haven’t thrown up yet. I had morning sickness most of my last pregnancy and was really hoping I could escape it this time around - no such luck.
Oh crap sorry, I didn't see that you're in the UK! Hopefully you can find something, maybe you can ask at a pharmacy, they should be able to tell you how big the pill sizes are. The other thing you could do is find one that's in powder form in capsules and just open it up and put it in juice. Maybe something like this? I'm pretty sold on the city select because we want 3 kids and I can almost see my future with needing at least a 2 seater at once. I want a stroller that I can add a section to later for a second baby instead of buying a whole new stroller. I want to buy it once and only once.
