Here are the ones I take. They're vegan and I don't think they have a taste or anything, at least not for me. They're bigger but I'll take a large drink of water and hold it in my mouth, then pop the pill in and swallow. I take them at night too, which I've heard can help if you have a tendency to get an upset stomach. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000V865DW/
I’m so sorry! We had a super rough pet loss year last year, and this book helped my kids a ton. They still talk about our kitties often, and how sad they are, but they seem to have processed it pretty well.
I ordered these that are 10mg. They're made for kids so they're also orange flavored and dissolvable which is perfect bc swallowing pills makes me want to yak right now.
The ones I take are soft gels. I take them at night to help with nausea. I'm not sure if this is the kind you are talking about.
I have type 1 diabetes and have found this dietician’s approach to nutrition very helpful for optimizing nutrients the baby needs and preventing problems. This link is to her book on gestational diabetes but she also has a general pregnancy one too.
Prepregnancy I was a DD, but after drying up my supply and losing all the post Partum hormones I went down to an A/B cup. That said, I practically lived in These that I got on sale during and after with my smaller boobs. So comfy. And then there's some from hofish on amazon that are also great. Since your body will be changing a lot in the coming months, these things stretch with you and it's easy to take the padding out. I wore them from about 20 weeks (went from 32 to 36 band while pregnant last time) and then I still wear them whenever I choose to not look like a hobo and wear a fitted top out and about. They've never felt too tight, too big, or loose in the cup area throughout the last 2 years!
I learned today that most new parents have the horrifying experience of accidentally cutting their newborn's fingertip while trimming their nails so I'm buying this nifty nail buffer (which the whole family can use) to spare myself that one:
I got this one last pregnancy. It’s big, but we have a king.
Allowed me to switch sides at night and not move the pillow. Meiz 65 inch Full Body Pregnancy... https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07R5WTWQW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I adore these Preggie Pop B6 candies. Just know you can only have a certain amount per day due to the B6. But I love them!
I take fiber gummies, they help a lot and taste great.https://www.amazon.com/Vitafusion-Fiber-Gummies-Count-Packaging/dp/B002NPCMJC
I try to drink more water but it helps when my husband makes me fresh lime juice
Has anyone tried something like these wristbands for nausea? I went whale watching last year and they had us all wear these to combat sea-sickness and the woman said she swore by these bands when she was pregnant.
I used this halfway thru last pregnancy and am really excited to use it throughout this one. Lots of writing prompts, mindfulness/yoga, and good recipes. It doesn’t use shaming/judging language… it’s a comfort book for me!
