I can almost promise you the teams for honkai and genshin are different. Plus, according to their recent developer’s discussion, they’re looking at buffing reactions. LINK

They buffed Geo resonance(15% dmg increase?!?) because of people complaining on Zhongli, but ignored the fact that Electro is underpowered. Kinda sad, but I think the only way they'll buff Electro is when a Zhongli-like incident happened.

its less of elecro specific buff but buff for EM scaling in general

Damn, yeah I saw the ones that looked official were like $50. Is genshingo an official-ish site?
