I fill it over halfway with ice and then water and it stays cold for a long time. The straw makes it easier for me to drink and the fact that it stays cold for so long is key. The only thing is it does condensate but I don’t mind that.

Most sources I found say under 102 degrees F. Basically nothing that will raise your core body temperature. You would know if this happened because you will get red and flushed. Most bath tubs don’t maintain temp so it would be hard to do that but to be safe I bought a baby duck bath thermometer to notify me if the temp hits 102. Bonus is I can use it again when there baby is born.

I've been looking at maternity pants since 7 weeks, i'm super bloated. Thankfully I work from home and found that these leggings have been super comfy, I can even pull them up higher than normal to relieve pressure on my belly. Perfect for walking the dog also.
